عند تسجيل الدخول طلب موظف الاستقبال مبلغ تامين وقدّره 500 يورو وعند المغادره للاسف لم يتم تسجيل المبلغ واستغرق وقت طويل لكي يرجع المبلغ
أنا مستغرب كيف يكون فندق 5 نجوم يتعامل بهذي الطريقه المفروض المبلغ يكون مسجل

L emplacement et la literie.

Cons:

Le personnel d'entretien qui se permet d'ouvrir les chambres le matin alors que nous sommes toujours au lit (inacceptable); il n'y a également pas de brosse pour les toilettes!.
A ce niveau de prix les 5 étoiles ne sont pas réalistes.

Everything was amazing

Cons:

I got waken up by reception that called my room phone at around 10 in the morning even though the do not disturb sign was up. I would have preferred either a phone call to my private phone or a text message so that we could have resolved the non urgent matter after i woke up.
