Het is zo groot en massaal dat het onpersoonlijk voelt. Voor de prijs die we betalen hadden we veel meer luxe en service verwacht.
De wachttijden bij de incheckbalie, het leek net Disneyland Parijs. De kamer was netjes, maar de bedden waren beschadigd aan de zijkant het witte leer helemaal gerafeld. Het uitzicht over de dam maakte een hoop goed.
Het ontbijt was fantastisch, ook de bedden lagen heerlijk, kamer was netjes.. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, we hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!
