This place is just wonderful. Feels timeless and cozy. I want to live there. They have breakfast and a lovely afternoon teatime. Fantastic location, just off a little side street very close to St Mark square.

期待値が高かった分、ちょっと残念

スタッフの方々は全体的に親切で、清掃も丁寧にしていただいていた点は良かったです。朝食も品揃え多く、美味しかったです。

今回の滞在で一番期待していたホテルでしたが、全体的にやや残念な印象が残りました。

ハネムーンでの滞在であることを事前にお伝えしていましたが、特に配慮はなく、他の滞在先では感じられたような気遣いがなかった点は少し寂しく感じました。

設備面については全体的に古さを感じ、浴室の栓が壊れていたり、水回りのパーツが外れたままになっているなど、メンテナンスが行き届いていない印象を受けました。せっかくのバスタブも活用できず、お湯の温度調整も難しく、急に熱湯や冷水になることがありました。

また、スリッパが非常に簡素でペラペラだった点や、アメニティも全体的に最低限の内容だった点から、同価格帯のホテルと比べると少し物足りなさを感じました。

アフタヌーンティーも楽しみにしていたのですが、朝食を付けていない場合は利用できないとのことで、室内の案内の記載内容や対象が分かりづらく、やや混乱しました。最終日に朝食を追加した際も、二重請求になりかけるなど、オペレーション面で不安を感じる場面がありました。

さらに、毎日の清掃時に水の補充がなかった点にも驚きました。

立地や雰囲気は魅力的ですが、同価格帯の他のホテルと比較すると、サービスや設備面での満足度には差があると感じました。あくまで個人的な意見ですが、ハネムーンでベネチアを訪れる場合は、よりラグジュアリーなホテルを選ぶか、もしくは街歩きをメインにカジュアルなホテルを選ぶ方が満足度が高いのではないかと思います。

今回は残念ながら期待していた程にはリラックスして過ごすことができませんでした。

Pros:

Hôtel admirablement situé à une bonne centaine de mètres de la place Saint Marc et tout ce qui l'entoure. Quartier très animé et peu bruyant. Belle chambre, accueil impeccable, personnel charmant, copieux petit déjeuner, thea-time sympathique.
Nous y retournerons.
