El hotel está con excelente ubicación. Es muy seguro .al lado de restaurantes y tiendas..A cinco minutos de todas las atracciones.Volveria de nuevo a hospedarme y recomendar a viajeros.

I would definately stay at this property again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, location was great & and the breakfast couldn't have been any better.

We arrived in the morning after walking on foot from Canareggio (do not recommend)
We had only hoped to store our bags for a few hours before check in time. To my surprise, they immediately apologized the room wasn’t ready and promised it would only take twenty minutes. We left all our bags and headed out for ice cream. When we came back, the room was ready and all our luggage had been whisked upstairs! Such incredible service, extra helpful for a single parent to young kids.
We stayed in a triple room. The room was big and the furniture was very charming. We even had our own ac unit in the room!
Only con was the flimsy white curtains. No chance to block out the sun so we woke early.

exceptional place to stay in Venice and would most certainly stay at this property again

the location was fantastic and very walkable to all the main attractions. Staff members we encountered were super helpful and the hotel was always being cleaned.

Pros:

The hotel is well located, just steps from St Marcus Square. Beautiful hotel with great staff who are always ready to help. They offer a free visit to Murano and Burano on a boat provided by the hotel. Breakfast was awesome in a beautiful setting with beautiful Burano lamps and appliques. Rooms are big, and bathrooms are ok.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like were the carpets in the room, they had a better moment but now are in a bad shape.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The staff and location were top notch for sure and the price was very reasonable.
Pros:

The location, the staff was super nice and helpful, walking into the lobby, it felt grand but cozy.

Cons:

The room could use a refresh, the floor was separating, the one toilet button didn’t work, the overhead light was missing a piece and when we showered, water went everywhere.

No era el Hotel que yo quise reservar. Utiliza publicidad engañosa al decir en una página secundaria que era un anexo, con entrada por un patio interior. 37 escaleras para llegar a la habitación, habitación con un espacio de dormitorio de 7 metros cuadrados. Entre la cama y la pared 30 cm. La puerta del baño solo abre 60cm de paso, suciedad en la ducha
