Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to bathe in thermal or hydrotherapy pools or those with a water temperature higher than 35 °C.
Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to bathe in massage pools, jacuzzis and other facilities specified in the House Rules.

Disappointing experience
In my opinion, this hotel is much more suitable for older guests, who make up the majority of the clientele. If you are looking for a modern atmosphere with a younger crowd, this is something to keep in mind.
Unfortunately, the service was also very disappointing. When we checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
What was even more shocking was the situation at breakfast. Among the fresh fruit, there was a grapefruit covered in mould. We reported it to the staff, but no one even apologised. There was no apology for the dirty room either.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how the staff responds and whether they make an effort to resolve the problem. In our case, we experienced neither attention to guests nor even a basic apology.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations at all, and the level of service was far below what we expected.
Amplasarea hotelul este extraordinara, o oaza de verdeata și liniște în inima Budapestei! Servicii de calitate, personalul de excepție. Recomand aceasta locație, dacă vrei sa te bucuri de un sejur liniștit la malul Dunarii.

Чудове місце для поєднання релаксу і оздоровлення. Зелений острів посеред річки, з гарними видами на місто, доріжка для прогулянок та бігу вздовж берегу, хорошіі сніданки у великому ресторані із відкритою терасою, бари з напоями та перекусами у фойє і спа зоні, приємна жива музика по вечорах та дуже хороша спа зона з термальними басейнами та одним великим закритим плавальним басейном з підігрівом до +28 С та відкритим на терасі. Три термальні басейни з водою +36, +34 та басейн з функцією джакузі, а також грот з дуже холодною водою та галькою для контрасного ходіння та окремий басейн обладнаний для витяжок, що дозволяє проводити складні реабілітації.
Ефектом від поєднання термальної води +34 з контрастною холодною залишилася дуже задоволена так, як за два дні вилікувала біль в стопі який не проходив цілий місяць після дуже тривалої поїздки за кермом.
Номери також зручні з великим балконом та зручними ліжками, подушками та халатами.
Добиратися із жд вокзалу краще таксі Волт чи Убер через додаток (4 400 форентів) - це зручно і ці таксі тут хороші, чисті, з гарним обслуговуванням. З аеропорту таксі буде значно дорощим через відстань, тож можна комбінувати з шатлами, з пересадкою на таксі.
А також в готелі можна жити з домашніми улюбленцями, що для мене є дуже важлим для майбутніх приїздів.

Do hotelu jezdim kvuli lokalite, ubytovani prirode a pritom uprostred mesta, do firmy kam chodim sluzebne, mohu jit pesky a navic vetsinou stihnu i koupel v termalnim bazenu. Vecer se da prijemne projit po nabrezi Dunaje. Taky se tu da dobre zaparkovat.
The hotel has recently been refurbished, so our rooms were to a very high standard. There were great facilities, including an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, plus 3 or 4 different small indoor thermal pools (each a different temperature). There were lots of breakfast options available. The location of the hotel (on Margaret Island) is perfect in the sense that it is close enough to the city, but, at the same time, it feels like it's far away from the city due to being on the island. Margaret Island itself is lovely and there are some bars/restaurants, meaning that you don't need to go into the city for food every day/night if you don't want to.
Margaret Island is quite large and can take 30 minutes to walk from top to bottom, so, as a tip, there is a bus service that runs across the island every 10/15 minutes - this is very handy if you need a break from walking!
The hotel was overall good value for money, given the amount of amenities available. However, if you don't plan to utilise the facilities such as the thermal pools, then you might feel it is a bit more pricey than you would like.
Whilst we enjoyed our family holiday at the hotel, as an observation, I would say that the hotel seemed to be most popular with older individuals who looked like they were visiting for the spa facilities.
Breakfast was as expected. Hot and lots of choices. The front desk even had a small to go bag prepared for us on our departure - as we were leaving very early.
