Een groot hotel waar je snel anonym voelt, muziek in de ochtend, de strand is niet echt een zandstrand,
Die Lage war perfekt!
Direkt am schönen Sandstrand und viele
Möglichkeiten an der Promenade zu laufen
Gute Restaurant sind auch geboten.
Auch die Innenstadt war nicht weit entfernt.
Am Abend war dort immer Musik und Unterhaltung.
Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, sogar mit live
Piano Musik .
Pool mit Whirlpool im Innenhof des Hotels
waren sehr entspannt!

Zentral gelegen und direkt am Strand. Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt und können täglich wenn nötig mehrmals gewechselt werden. ALSO KEINE STRANDTÜCHER MITNEHMEN. Personal super kompetent und nett. Frühstücksbüffet sehr vielseitig und reich. Werden wieder kommen.
Kaffee :-). Aber ich habe in Spanien in den Hotels noch nie einen guten Kaffee getrunken.

The Cleopatra Palace was clean and accommodating. On arrival we had welcome drinks and they ensured to keep our luggage in the luggage room until our check-in time was ready (2pm). When coming back to check-in officially, they explained that had to change our room due to their being a fault that needed to be fixed in the previous room. The room was clean and tidy and we had a lovely view overlooking the pool. Our A/C vent began to leak when we put it on but the hotel straight away got maintenance out to fix this. Breakfast had a great choice of everything including cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit, a cooking station to request omelettes, poached eggs etc; and the hotel is overall in a perfect location within Las Americas!
The rooms are slightly outdated in their design however this didn’t bother us at all. The room was extremely clean and was cleaned everyday too.
Absolutely fantastic, extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff, lovely food and also our flight wasn’t until the evening so we could use the spa to get showered before our flight. Glass of fizz on arrival is a lovely touch too, even when it was 1am when we arrived
