I liked all aspects of my stay.
Only aspect that needs review is guests paying for parking at this price considering how much it costs to stay there
The Room was double booked on the second evening, I arrived back in my room on the second evening, to find other people's baggage in the room, then got awoken up during the night by a member of staff telling me, I shouldn't be in the room. Breakfast was poor quality also!
Very comfortable bed and a well-equipped, spacious apartment overall. It was also nice to have a bath. I liked the hotel's atmosphere and the building it is located in."
It would be fine to add soundproofing to the doors, as everything from the hallway can be heard. The breakfast could be better. I would have liked some fresh vegetables.

Parking- struggled to find a space when I arrived at additional £10 to park overnight which is not mentioned on their website or booking info

I live south east so located far from me. Breakfast could have more fruits. Charging for parking fir customers is not good.
Breakfast a bit more fruits would of been nice
I booked at the last minute and got a decent price, so the stay itself was good value for money. There was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided on request.
The onsite restaurant was overpriced and the food lacked flavour. I also had an upset stomach after eating there. Breakfast was below average. I also don't understand why free parking isn't offered to all guests, as charging for it detracts from the overall value of the stay.
