The rooms were very spacious and clean.
No air conditioning let the hotel down massively . Also having to pay £10 car parking each day was a liberty
Staff amazing
No air conditioning , however have fans for the room .
Breakfast was great. Location great. Extremely hot in bedrooms, could not sleep for two nights!
Seevabove
Very spacious clean and beautiful scenery
That there was no fridge in the room or microwave
Very clean
Very good location
In Thr Hot London, I dont like the jnavaiilibility of the AC of the room. But at least, there is a fan.
The charge we need to pay for 1 hour late check out was too much, 20 £.
The location & the breakfast.
The poo or sick next to the toilet. The mildew and scum in the shower. The no air con and rubbish fans put in the room.
The parking charge for guests.
The party’s going on.
Upgraded to a beautiful room. Son loved it.
Breakfast was spot on
Lack of Air conditioning
The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing.
The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning, which we were unaware of before arrival. The room was unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to sleep. We requested an additional fan but were told none were available.
The shower was also difficult to operate and we couldn't get it working properly until the following morning. Reception did not answer our calls during the night when we needed assistance.
In addition, the lift was being used to move decorations and equipment, and the corridors were cluttered with items, making access difficult. This was particularly inconvenient as my partner has knee problems and struggles with stairs.
Overall, the lack of comfort, poor support from staff, and maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay. We have had much better experiences at budget hotels.
It was clean and location was convenient
Wonderful hotel, i was very happy to find it, I wish I could move in, beautiful inside and out side, Fantastic staff.
There was no aircon in my room, that's very important in the summer. that's all
卫生不错
房间没有空调 晚上闷热
The staff were excellent, dealt with an issue we had and offered a solution straight away.
Breakfast was a little poor quality, food in general could be better. FOr eg my mum ordered a pannini and it was very sparse on ingredients dry adn wihtout salad.. not a plate of food just a dry piece of bread with very little chicken inside put on a plate, and no real knowledge of chilrens food, chips were covered in salt.. when asked to change it seemed liek a bissar request
Customer focus: when we arrived, the parking was full due to guests attending a party at the hotel. Although the front line staff said it was first come first served, the manager or someone who appeared to be the owner listened to the exchange and promptly found us a parking space in another area, presumably staff parking. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also of good size. Despite being such a huge hotel, everywhere was clean. The rooms don't have air conditioning but there is a fan in your room. Despite the heat wave it kind of worked because the room was cool perhaps because of high ceilings and probably we weren't facing south (not as good as air con obvs). This hotel doesn't pretend to be the Ritz and likewise doesn't charge as such. It's right for us when we go to visit friends nearby and for one night.
Nothing I didn't particularly dislike.
Staff were really nice and accommodating. Outside + grounds of hotel are beautiful.
For a 4 star hotel, the rooms fall far below standard. The rooms are extremely hot, it makes it difficult to sleep even with 2 fans going all night. There is no fridge in the rooms. Two complimentary bottles of water provided (room temperature) but any further bottles of water cost £5 + the cost of water. Kettle was unclean.
Generally, the inside of the hotel feels dated and poorly maintained in parts. It was an expensive stay and unfortunately not worth the money.
No smart TV in my superior room.
My 3 nights stay was boring
