The best experience!
Pros:

Had the best experience at Zetta hotel. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Carlos the bartender. He helped us as we were struggling with our luggage. All of the staff were extremely welcoming. The room was in pristine condition. Also, definitely take time to check out the bar area. Carlos knows how to make a mean drink! The whiskey sour was perfection. If we ever make it back this way I would definitely stay here again.

Great drinks and service!
Pros:

Went to the bar after dinner. Carlos the bartender was very welcoming and nice. He suggested different drinks to try. The drinks were delicious- I had an Old Fashioned and a Moscow Mule. Would definitely come back next time I am in the city!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

A special thanks to Kriz at the bar corner, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. The coffee was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of my stay! Small details like this make a big difference and make guests feel truly welcome.

I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Pros:

We needed a room at a good price quickly and Eloisa helped us get a very good deal! She was very sympathetic and caring, and from the very beginning was already thinking of ways she could help. The room was clean and spacious, and we were easily able to get needed amenities!

I’d have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. They bought a coffee maker when we asked (which was excellent!) but it’d be good to have them in both rooms.

Nice, convenient for work
Pros:

While there were some glitches getting something to eat in the lounge/cafe, everything was clean and it was a great location on the southern border of the Union Square neighborhood and next to the BART. It was a great value for the location. The ambiance was more trendy than comfortable, but the rooms were spacious with those necessary conveniences while traveling for work: outlets, hair drying, ironing board, and free coffee in the lobby every morning.

Had a great stay at Hotel Zetta. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is near BART station and cable car. Great staff, i was able to check in early thanks to Charm. Will certainly stay here again.

Pros:

I needed to extend my stay multiple times and the staff were a great help, particularly Eloise! She was super polite and helpful, and made it easy to have my room rollover.
The same for all the bar staff, very accommodating and kind. Can recommend!

Great Hotel and friendly staff!
Pros:

I would recommend this hotel. My stay was awesome. Charm at the front was very accommodating and made sure my stay was comfortable. My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the playroom with pinball machine and pool table.I would come back!
