Location was perfect- very close to union square. Staff are lovely. Hotel has a games room. Has a water filling station.
There is no view from the room- you are over looking wall and another room window. Although it does have games room, it gets booked out for conferences/ workshops and as the hotel is quite small there is not much place to hang out when it’s booked out.

I am comparing it to 4 star hotels. Shower and faucet performance: it was leaking, I could not get the right temperature for quite sometime. I thought the location would be better but there were a lot of homeless outside which more a city problem than a hotel.
I ended up at Hotel Zetta unexpectedly in the middle of the night after having to leave another hotel because of an electrical issue in my room—the lights simply would not turn off. I needed to find a replacement hotel quickly, and Hotel Zetta really came through for me.
Charm at the front desk was fantastic. She was friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful at a time when I was tired and frustrated from dealing with the situation at my previous hotel. She got me settled in quickly and even gave me a discount on my stay, which I genuinely appreciated.
It was exactly the kind of hospitality you hope for when you’re dealing with an unexpected travel problem late at night. A big thank you to Charm and Hotel Zetta for taking care of me when I needed it.
