Don't visit Paris, it's a dump.... but if you absolutely have to, this place was pretty good.
Pros:

The staff spoke very proficient English and were polite throughout all interactions, which was a surprise for Paris. The room was very comfortable and quiet despite its location next to a massive rail corridor and busy street due to the quadruple glazing. The staff made a fair effort to correct deficiencies in the booking process and the final product which, to be fair, was mostly due to booking.com being a subpar website.

Cons:

This booking was made at last minute due to a previous booking.com booking being in an unacceptable state. My main concern is with booking.com as a platform, it did not accurately represent what the hotel was providing. Under the configuration of the room, booking.com listed the larger room as a king single and queen bed, however the room was configured with one bed, a king. Not a big deal, but not what was expected.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Mitarbeiterinnen! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit ausgesprochen freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiterinnen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ottima soluzione per un week end
Pros:

Ottima posizione, molto accogliente e personale gentile.
Metro a pochissimi minuti a piedi e ben fornita di tutto nelle immediate vicinanze.

Cons:

All’arrivo hanno chiesto il deposito cauzionale che non era specificato nei costi delle struttura. Non un prezzo eccessivo, ma magari specificarlo prima.

工作人员很友好，我爱前台小姐姐。定的时候看房间尺寸以为会比较拥挤，结果完全不会耶，设施也没问题，空调给力，在高温的巴黎简直救命。去地铁站很近很近，地铁站上还有超大的家乐福。

L’emplacement était super pour notre rdv au stade de France. L’accueil du personnel était parfait. Souriant et à l’écoute.
Lit King size très confortable. Coin rafraîchissement à l’accueil, très bonne idée

Cons:

Espace restreint pour le petit déjeuner, les murs et peintures abîmées ne reflètent pas un 4*. La touche 0 de l’ascenseur redessine au blanco : MOYEN pour un 4*

Hôtel facile d'accès dans quartier animé
Pros:

L'emplacement qui correspond au lieu où je dois me rendre lorsque je vais à Paris.
L'amabilité et le professionnalisme de l'équipe, accueil, service du petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

La violence sonore de la climatisation lorsqu'elle se mettait en route (ces périodes caniculaires nécessitent peut-être un déclenchement important car c'est la 1ère fois que j'ai ce problème)

Parfait pour un séjour à Paris
Pros:

C’est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel, et j’en suis toujours aussi satisfaite. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien entretenues. Bon petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement est pratique et le personnel est toujours agréable et professionnel.

Dirty room. Night staff wasn't bothered

Decent location. Bed was comfortable (would be better if it was clean)

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness.
Room was not ready until an hour after the advertised check-in time.
Bedding was dirty, with hairs in the bed and chewed gum left on the bedside table.
We had to change the bed linen ourselves at 1am after reception said there was nothing they could do.
Staff showed no apology or concern, and the manager failed to contact us despite being asked.
After following up again nearly two days later, the only resolution offered was complimentary breakfast.
