Lovely setting and hotel but with dated and basic bedrooms
Pros:

Nice pool area, nice views from outside the hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Communal areas are also nice. Bar and food available all day pretty much. Approx 10 mins walk to the village centre with lots of restaurants to choose from.

Cons:

Rooms are very dated and basic. We had ants in our bathroom and the bathroom window was into the cleaning closet which wasn’t ideal.

Overall a relaxing stay in a quiet environment.
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town with a great valley view. The hotel itself has a quiet ambience. Breakfast is mostly self-service with a choice of cold and hot items. The room was spacious and well-ventilated. Wifi was strong and easily accessable.

Cons:

Mostly, the condition of the room's soft furnishings. The mattress and pillows are rather uncomfortable and, in my opinion, need to be replaced with more comfortable ones. In the bathroom, there is no grab bar to help you get in and out of the bath when showering. It seems there was one, but it broke(?) and was never replaced.

We are return customers, enough said
Pros:

We have been going for the past 15 years. Over the part 3 years we have been staying in the bungalows/apartments. Just for the view it’s worth the stay.

We really needed a rest and this hotel never disappoints.
Pros:

Everything !!!

Cons:

The bed was quite small and the structure of the bed seemed not safe and there was mold in our room, however it didn’t affect our stay.
