Excelente localização e atendimento dos colaboradores.
Pros:

A localização é fantástica, próxima a praticamente todos os pontos turísticos. O quarto é bem confortável. Toda a equipe do hotel é bem atenciosa e sempre com um sorriso no rosto.
O café da manhã é bom e completo.

Cons:

Fizemos um upgrade por conta da vista e ao chegarmos no quarto, o vidro onde é a vista estava trincado e com marcas de cola.
Não houve reposição de itens consumidos no frigobar.
Em todo caso, nada que comprometesse a viagem significativamente.

Sencillamente fantástico!
Pros:

La atención de Gastón todos los días al desayuno... Su amabilidad y servicio hicieron comenzar bien cada día. Fue exactamente igual que la anterior estadía
Las instalaciones son fantásticas y el spa es genial. El gimnasio es justo. Excelente ubicación. Muy amable servicio de recepción y de concierge que te ayuda a tomar las mejores decisiones para disfrutar Mendoza y sus alrededores.

Cons:

Que no cuentan con habitaciones muy diferentes para experiencias diferentes.

The location is great and the public facilities are lovely.

Cons:

They charged us $275 USD to do a load of laundry. I don’t even understand that. We have stayed at nice hotels all over the world and I have never seen anything like that. We had a bad experience with the subpar breakfast buffet as well.
