Pros:

It was nice to enjoy the amenities and atmosphere of a hotel with such a longstanding reputation and polished feel.

Our room and bathroom were exceptionally spacious, with a very comfortable layout and plenty of room to relax after long days out enjoying the wineries and city. The staff throughout the hotel were impeccably presented, attentive, welcoming and consistently polite. Every interaction felt genuinely warm and professional, and they were always happy to help with recommendations or requests.

One particularly worthwhile feature is the wine shop within the hotel — the discounts available made it excellent value, and it’s well worth purchasing wines there before leaving Mendoza.

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was that the walls between rooms seemed quite thin. We could clearly hear conversations, televisions, running water and even snoring from the neighbouring room, which unfortunately affected the sense of privacy and quiet at times.

Hotel é lindo e bem localizado.
Pros:

A localização é ótima , o quarto era amplo e o atendimento impecável.

Cons:

O ar condicionado é muito velho e faz muito barulho a noite. Talvez necessite de manutenção.
