Levei um Golpe financeiro. Contratei diretamente pelo aplicativo da booking 2 quartos, no valor de 7200 reais. Pagamentos prévios. No check out fui informado que a booking não repassou ao hotel. Paguei novamente, mas dessa vez 12300 reais. Mandei os extratos bancários a booking, demonstrando o equívoco. Faz mais de um mês. Nenhuma resposta. Essa situação arruinou minha experiência.

I would recommend this hotel. Very comfortable.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast

Cons:

Concierge was not helpful. Asked for a dinner reservation and couldn’t do it. Asked for wine your recommendation and couldn’t do it. Did it all on line.

Localização perfeita pra andar por toda a cidade. Quarto perfeito, spa muito bom e restaurantes ok.

Cons:

Tem 2 restaurantes que não tinha muita coisa, mas sao bonitos. Faltou uma água de melhor qualidade pra beber.
