Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Staff were good.

Cons:

Laundry facility. Took over an hour with desk attendant helping & couldn’t get washing machine to work. We desperately needed clothes washed. Our door key didn’t work either & we had to keep going to reception to fix it. Considering Mercure hotels are a reputable chain, we were really disappointed

Ótima localização. Quarto amplo, cozinha bem equipada. Banheiro bom. Bem iluminado e arejado
Com várias janelas. Varanda.

Cons:

Academia pessima, super pequena. Aparelhos velhos. Cama fazia um pouco de barulho ao se mexer no colchão. Café da manhã em certos momentos não tinha ovo mexido.
