Buen alojamiento, buena ubicación y personal amable.
Pros:

Era fácil llegar hasta el hotel y caminando quedaba cerca del coliseo. El check in se podía hacer en la noche y nos ayudó bastante ya que nuestro vuelo se atrasó y llegamos a las 2 am. Los recepcionistas son muy amables.

Cons:

La experiencia fue bastante buena y solo fuimos a dormir por lo que no hay comentarios negativos. Lo único podría ser que el interruptor de la luz cuando llegamos no funcionó, pero debíamos apretarlo con fuerza (no sabíamos y el recepcionista nos explicó)

Stanza vecchia che avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione accurata, pulizia che lascia molto a desiderare, frigobar vuoto. Insomma, rivedrei molte cose prima di offrire un servizio agli ospiti

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and insincere.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
We arrived on time with a valid reservation, but the hotel refused to check us in because our 8-month-old baby did not yet have an ID card or passport. We explained that the baby had an Italian birth certificate, a Tessera Sanitaria, and the receipt for the residence permit application, while both parents had valid Italian ID cards.
Despite this, the staff refused to accommodate us. We were left to find another hotel late in the day with an exhausted and distressed 8-month-old baby.
We understand that hotels must comply with identification requirements, but the situation was handled without any willingness to help or find a reasonable solution. The lack of understanding and compassion shown toward a family with an infant was extremely disappointing.
If you are reading this review, especially if you are travelling with a baby or young children, please think carefully before booking this hotel. We hope no other family has to experience the stress and distress that our 8-month-old baby went through because of the way this situation was handled.

There was no noise to sleep. The neighborhood felt safe at night with your family.
