Always a pleasure to stay
Pros:

Great location around the corner from everything

Cons:

I know check was at 3pm I arrived a little early around 2:30 to see if I could go ahead and check in .
I could but my request was not accepted once I got there after I had requested nothing higher than the 2nd floor .

Disappointing
Pros:

the room seemed clean enough.

Cons:

Upon arrival you could smell weed in the hallway. The A/C did not work at all in our room and we had to call to get it fixed. they would not let us change rooms, so we had to wait all evening for the room to somewhat cool off. The pool area was disappointing and dirty. Breakfast was not great, so we avoided it entirely.

It worked for what I needed

The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The staff that checked me in. There was one young man that went above and beyond and then there was the guy who lied about a broken desk chair saying it was made that way.
