The sink broke the first night we were there and was leaking water all over the ground. Couldn’t even use the sink without it pouring water under the ground was infested with roaches and ants. The staff weren’t very helpful. Did not want to help with anything.

Great value for a coastal stay
Pros:

Beautiful view of the bay right from your room! You can fish or take a quiet walk along the private shore. Conveniently accessible and between two of the larger cities on the coast. The check in clerk was so helpful, patient during the process, and super nice.

Cons:

The floors could have been a bit cleaner but I understand how hard it is to get sand out of every nook and cranny. I wish they offered breakfast, at least a cold one, but they only had coffee.

The hot rooms with ac not cooling, rusted plug in stove, not kitchenette, no towels, burnt blankets, no tv, roaches everywhere, rude staff, un professional staff, drug dealers in rooms, people that were not guests taking parking spaces, no soap, and no toilet paper had to buy our own. Will never stay here again and its false advertisement on booking and motel 6 websites.
Other guest with no ac, roaches, rats and ceilings collapsing in units.
