I recently stayed at your hotel for one night with my two nephews, and I wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience we had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of your staff made us feel truly welcome.
The hotel itself is stunning — impeccably clean, with amazing amenities that made our short stay feel special. We especially enjoyed the poolside area, which was both relaxing and beautifully maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day right. The views from the property were simply breathtaking and added to the charm of our visit.
I would like to extend my gratitude to the front desk team, particularly Prachi, who was warm and attentive. I also want to thank the gentleman who checked us in — though I regret forgetting his name, his service was absolutely A1 and set the tone for our stay.

The service and the hospitality I get here is commendable! It is the best service I have ever gotten in a Westin property, hands down! It just feels like home, that's how one is taken care of! BIG BIG BIG THANKS to DEEPA and her entire team! SANDEEP and LAXMI from the lounge and Chef OMKAR too, what a guy, thank you so much!! These folks definitely have set the bar so high for me and they just recognise me everytime I'm there! Going a step ahead and walking an extra mile for giving me what I need in terms of the dishes I want, the way my father likes his drinks - everything is just perfect every single time! Thank you so much everyone!

This is regarding my recent stay where I forgot to carry my adopter and the whole staff refused to assist me however gorab from lake view restaurant understood the situation and felt empathic towards me and charged my phone. He was the saviour in need and asset to westin. Keep shining gorab, you are the best.

So we were at the Westin Powai to execute a group of 500 approx travelers and it was an amazing experience
The stay , de meals the ambience , the hospitality was fab
The team at the front office , room allocation, FNB, the events team , LP team , concierge team all spot on
The courteous staff and all time supportive members at the hotel have made the event and stay quiet memorable
Last but not the least the location and the amenities at the property is worth a 3 night stay

Being a platinum elite (till a few weeks back) and now a gold elite member, I have stayed in lots of marriott properties. I was expecting a lot from Westin Powai. But I'm a bit disappointed.
1) The room was not upgraded to a club even when the room was available. I had to point out that the room is available. They were denying that.
2) Room service guys take forever to pick up the call. You feel like you are trying to reach out to Airtell customer service:)
3) Breakfast - I had ordered buttermilk but that never came even after following up.
4) Cleanliness can be improved
5) This is my first hotel where the coffee french press is not there. They don't have it at all i have been told.
Hoping the rest of the stay is great !!!
