Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful the location was perfect

Cons:

There must of been some hockey thing going on kids were banging and running through the halls parents didnt care. The lack of security cameras was unsettling

Poor.
Cons:

Very disorganized. Had a flood. Could not check in early. Smelled funky. Breakfast area was a zoo!! Usually enjoy Spring Hill Suites very much, not this one.

The staff was EXCELLENT but the room and stay was awful
Pros:

It was nice but SO MANY ISSUES with room

Cons:

Our cooling unit was leaking onto floor and soaking it - the phone didn’t work to call down for service and the power went out while we were staying there

Clean, comfortable, fun, and relaxing.
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. I would absolutely book again. Location, amenities, breakfast,and cleanliness were absolutely everything. Room was very comfortable for my family of 5.

Cons:

I would have liked 4 pillows on the bed rather than three but other than that it was amazing.
