Very close to ferry and JR and bus station. Highly recommend for convenience.
One of the staff. I checked in at midnight. Two foreign staff tried to help me with my question about getting cash for ferry tickets and were very kind. Another staff who spoke Chinese, possibly seeing that I’m Chinese as well, spoke in a half-hearted tone. I’m not sure if he treated someone else in the same way.
A big modern hotel, very close (5-min drive) to the ferry terminal of Takamatsu port (we used it the next morning to ride with our car to Naoshima). Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the underground parking was also convenient.

the hotel was well situated and provided a nice room, all be it a bit dated. Good bed and maid services.
The food was not great, adequate for consumption but not in keeping with other properties in Japan. They provided breakfast room service, but not other times of the day. We had to order in the bar and take to our room, and they were not pleased, even chasing us into the elevator and accompanying us to our room. A very strange experience.
The front desk was not helpful at all in giving local advice on contacting airlines when we made the decision to delay our return trip to the US due to an impending typhoon that was rated as a Cat 4 of 5 and the time we made the decision.

Spacious room with nice view. Room is very comfortable and clean but style is a little dated. Great location if you want to use this as a base to take the ferry to one of the islands. We went to Naoshima for the day and the ferry is just opposite the hotel, 5 minutes away. Hotel is also 5 minutes from the train station. So very practical. Nice bakery in the hotel lobby if you don't take the full breakfast.
Has a feel of one of those big hotels built 20-30 years ago. Just a question of style preference rather than anything wrong with the hotel. No water provided in the room. No coffee facilities in the room. All eating options in the evening are finished at 20h00 which is a bit early. Nice rooftop bar but only has a few snacks after 20h00.
Location is great, old fashioned charm but perfectly maintained. Easy to the port and from the station. Close to car rental.
We were unable to have a drink at the bar- maybe a conference was on.
