Pros:

La situación en el centro de Bilbao.

Cons:

-Dos habitaciones triples sin toallas para todos.
-Habitaciones en distintas plantas( se había comunicado que queriamos misma planta).Se nos dijo que había pero que no se podía desbloquear,no entendimos.Emtiendo que hay o no hay.
-Pelos en el lavabo del baño.
-Chekin en modo y forma pero no pudimos entrar en la habitación hasta las 15h porque no estaba limpia.
-No había plancha en la habitacion,había llamado previamente para cerciorarme que la tenían y me habían respondido que si.
En esta ocasión,fue un desastre.

Tolle Lage und ok für den Preis.

Nettes Zimmer, perfekte Lage, nicht allzu teuer

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück war recht unfreundlich. Nahm uns die Wasserflasche vom Tisch weg (das sei nicht erlaubt, lieber 5 Gläser Wasser zum Tisch tragen), sie füllte auch das Müesli nur widerwillig auf. Das Zimmer wurde täglich geputzt, aber beim nass aufnehmen haben sie mehr Dreck/Haare hin und her geschoben statt geputzt. Deshalb fehlen ein paar Punkte bei der Sauberkeit.

Especialmente Maria!!!. Muy atenta y amable. Hace que los huéspedes se sientan en su hogar.
