La ubicación es muy céntrica, las instalaciones son nuevas
Las habitaciones no están muy insonorizadas y escuchábamos a la habitación de al lado y de arriba, también las almohadas que eran muy incómodas.
La habitación era amplia y cómoda.
La atención en recepción fue pésima, al llegar no encontraban mi reserva lo cual tuvimos que esperar un buen rato para que dieran con ella.
Después comentamos que queríamos dejar el coche en el parking, me cobraban dos noches en vez de una que era la reserva que tenía, 56€ a lo cual le tuve que decir a la señora de recepción que me explicara a qué se debían los 56€, y ahí fue cuando me enteré que me estaba cobrando 2 días de parking, y a parte el parking me parece abusivo 28€ el día y para colmo a la mañana siguiente cuando dejamos la habitación la chica que había en recepción me reclamaba 7€ porque la compañera de la tarde dejó reflejado los 56€ y decían que me faltaban 7€ por los 28€ de parking más los 35€ de la mascota, que sumaban ambos 63€ y me reclamaba esa diferencia de los 56€ a los 63€, por lo que tuve unas palabras con la chica de recepción.
Viajaba con mascota, por la cual tuve que pagar 35€/dia, otra barbaridad, para que encima la habitación no estuviese nada acondicionada para la mascota, ni bebederos, ni cama para el perro ni nada, después de pagar 35€, cuando he estado en otros hoteles pagando solo 15€/día por mi mascota y hasta ha tenido la habitación bebederos, cama e incluso un juguete de cortesía. Una vergüenza vamos lo que cobran por todo, y también mencionar la mala entrada y salida del parking, hay que maniobrar mucho porque es muy estrecho. Vamos en resumidas cuentas no volveré.

Precio del parking caro
La situación era muy buena , la cama cómoda y el hotel en si es bonito por dentro. Una mencion a Karina que tuvo un detalle bonito nuestro último día .
Pagamos una habitación no sé si era Deluxe o premium y nos dieron una con vistas a la trasera del hotel, a un patio de tuberías.... En el baño la mampara de la bañera no estaba bien y se encharcaba todo , y el secador funcionaba exactamente 10segundos , ni para secarme el flequillo me dió ...

La Ubicación está bien
La cama suplentoria no era muy cómoda ni las almoadas. El bufet del desapunto es mut completo però es algo caro. Y el párquing también me prece caro

Дуже чисто і затишно, для машини був паркінг за 14 евро за день, але на рецепції чоловік не хотя його пропонував, казав можете залишити на вулиці, синя лінія безкоштовна, хоча во всій Іспанії на синій лінії парковка точно не безкоштовна. Дуже затишний бар щоб посидіти ввечері. До центра на трамваї декілька зупинок

It was good value for money, close to the city centre and metro. The room had a good size and had a comfortable bed and it was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The AC had a leaking problem in the past and parts of the wall was stained. Not an immediate issue but totally unhygienic.
