Pros:

Excelente de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado ultimamente y el trato del personal de 10. La ubicación genial para mis propósitos. Junto al San Mamés y paseos Gran Vía arriba y abajo.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que el restaurante y el bar abrieran a medio día. Pero tampoco fue un problema

Pros:

La struttura è grande e molto bella, la hall molto confortevole. La stanza era davvero grande e molto elegante, con elementi di design. Nel bagno c'erano un sacco di prodotti tra cui shampoo, crema per il corpo ecc davvero ottimi! Set di cortesia molto funzionale con anche pettine e set da barba. Nella stanza c'era un profumo davvero buonissimo, peccato esserci stata solo una notte. Consiglio e stra consiglio!
Per quanto riguarda la posizione, per me molto comoda perché lo volevo vicino al Gugghenaim e comodo per la stazione degli autobus dovendo andare poi a San Sebastian.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Pros:

* Verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet
* gezellige inkomhal
* goedwerkende liften met veiligheid: alleen met je kamersleutel te activeren
* mooie, propere fitnessruimte
* kamer voldoende groot (geen vasttapijt maar kunstlaminaat: prima!)

Cons:

* uitzicht kamer: je kijkt op een hoog gebouw met kantoren en logies (veel inkijk!)
* geen mogelijkheid tot verluchting badkamer
* snoer koffietoestel paste niet in stopcontact - de werkman heeft wel voor een oplossing gezorgd

ambiente e la colazione super

purtroppo lunedi mattina è scattato allarme antiincendio alle 5.30 del mattino,a quanto pare per un ospite che ha fumato in camera , tutti gli ospiti scesi nella hall in pigiama e il ragazzo alla reception non ha saputo gestire la situazione e nell'hotel non c' nessun punto di raccolta , ha preso il manuale per vedere cosa fare. E' stato un ospite paramedico che gli dava indicazioni di chiamare prima il responsabile dell'hotel ( arrivata dopo un'ora) pomperi e polizia. Nessuno che dava indicazioni .
Alle 6.40 ad allarme cessato perchè non c'era cmq fuoco siamo saliti in camera

Cons:

prezzo alto per portare il cane in camera (è vero che era predisposto il materassino, le ciotole, il gioco e un sacchettino di crocchette, ma 35 euro mi sembrano tanti)

Le pareti ci sono, il silenzio no

La posizione è buona.

Cons:

Bilbao non è economica, quindi 92 € a notte possono anche starci, ma qui il rapporto qualità-prezzo è un po' un mistero. Insonorizzazione praticamente inesistente: si sentono tutti i rumori dei vicini, con sveglia inclusa alle 7 grazie al personale delle pulizie (che devono fare il loro lavoro, ci mancherebbe).

La prima notte la camera non è stata pulita perché, secondo un avviso, c'era qualcuno dentro. Spoiler: non c'era. Vabbè può succedere; segnalato il problema alla reception, abbiamo ricevuto delle salviette pulite e un'accoglienza decisamente poco calorosa.

Bilbao promossa, hotel decisamente meno.
