Chambre très sale, impossible de dormir

La chambre était très poussiéreuse. À cause de toute cette poussière, je n'ai pas pu dormir. La douche était sale, les serviettes étaient sales et les peignoirs inclus dans la réservation n'étaient pas fournis. Je suis très déçu de mon séjour.

Pros:

The check in went very well and the workers are very friendly. I was traveling with my son and all the beds where ready for use.
Because we went to a concert, the front people informed us also about the best way to use the public travel.

Cons:

I had parked the car in the garage nearby (under VOCO) and had not the correct cash for payment. I should be easier if you can pay with card.
