I didnt even stay, I left bc it wasnt clean and i was just disappointed
Pros:

I had to cancel my stay once i got in the room, I couldnt stay the lady upfront was nice enough to ask if i wanted to change room but i told her no becuase It wasnt very clean at all. Overall carpets stain smelled funky. The pictures they put online arent the same in person. I felt like i got catfished becuase the pictures everything look really nice and clean and modern but when u get there it felt like a prison and the rooms are just small there not enough soace and in the picture it does look lole there space.

Cons:

the lack of cleanliness, catfish, not what i was expecting

Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

They early check in fee was way too much. They said that it would be $250 to check in earlier than one hour before and an hour before would be $50.

Pros:

McClellan is so beautiful and it was so peaceful. The room was decorated very cute and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I don’t think it was right to pay $50 to check in early. If a room was already ready why not let us check in. I feel that was a rip off.

Extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel
Pros:

I do like the location of the property

Cons:

In our room we had a big hole in the floor/crack where the linoleum is coming up. The couch looked like someone was murdered on it. Room was dirty with debree all over the floor. The beds are the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Felt like the springs were stabbing us in the back. Went to front desk and told them about problems with the room and all they said is that it’s ok and the room is fine. They did nothing to resolve my complaints. Just said the room is fine. I stayed at this hotel last year and it was amazing which is why I stayed here again. Very disappointed in the stay this year
