Pros:

The woman at the front desk was so helpful. Explained about the amenities. Room was clean. Beds comfy. Towel bar by the sink. Many hotels don't have one. Lots of little touches. Fruit infused water, mints at the front desk. Great breakfast. Loved the decor of the dining room and lobby, beautiful wood and stone tables. Local artwork displayed.

Cons:

Didn't realize you got to your room from the outside. Really wasn't a big deal but different. On a busy road but once the door was closed didn't hear much traffic moise.

Comfortable boutique hotel
Pros:

Maine artist artwork hung around the entire facility and was very inviting. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the overall ambience of the facility was very tastefully done.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with check-in due to the fact that the gentleman who waited on me was constantly trying to help the other person registering and a guest that walked in during the middle of my registration. He should’ve attended to me or told me to wait before he helped with the registration. It was frustrating.

Next morning they opened the outdoor pool for an early swim before officiql opening hour

Comfortable for a short stay.
Pros:

Common spaces were beautiful and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location near the river.

Cons:

Our room was quite small and the building shook when the door to the adjacent room was slammed. Noisy. Mold around shower bottom.
