Comfortable bed and decent size. Lovely bath room and shower products.
Having a fridge would be a good improvement. Instructions on how to use the heating/air-conditioning would be a good idea as the room was very cold on arrival and it took a while to suss out the control panel..
Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und praktisch. Es enthielt alles, was wir brauchten. Auch das Bad war gut. Angenehm war die Klimaanlage, die fast geräuschlos lief. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot die Möglichkeit, sich ein Frühstück nach seinen eigenen Bedürfnissen zusammenzustellen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt.
Schade ist, dass vom Hotel kein Parkmöglichkeit angeboten wird. Es befinden sich 24 Stunden Parkplätze in der Umgebung, aber man muss das Gepäck zum Hotel tragen und die Parkplätze waren nicht ganz billig.

We went down for breakfast first thing at 7.30 only to find it was rammed with a coach party who were very rude and just were acting like it was there last meal poor lass who was on duty was run ragged felt really sorry for her as soon as she put stuff out it was gone leaving very little or nothing for other quests who had come down for a quiet breakfast
If had been told about that we would have come down bit latter to enjo
y our breakfast quietly as stated on info in the lift
Had we had known about coach party we would paid for room only as to be honest there wasn’t the choice available and not worth paying for the breakfast

Waren nach einer 5h Autofahrt um 14:32 im Hotel und das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig - das war mühsam - ich weiss offiziell erst ab 15 uhr aber ich versteh sowas nicht - man sollte die Zimmer die neu bezogen werden halt bevorzugen zum putzen

Personál byl nadstandardně ochotný a vstřícný, za což moc děkujeme. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá, jen by nás potěšila čerstvá zelenina.
Pokoj nás ale bohužel příliš nenadchl – koberec byl flekatý, záchod špatně splachoval a okno nešlo vůbec otevřít, takže jsme byli závislí výhradně na klimatizaci.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options.
I contacted the hotel a few days before arrival with a particular query and they didn’t reply or respond. This issue was solved on check-in but it didn’t demonstrate that the hotel was particularly responsive.
In addition, the handle on the window was broken. There was a general sense that the room was dusty and tired. There was only one slow small lift.
In general, the room felt particularly expensive for what was on offer.
