Overall pleasant stay …..staff friendly
Pros:

The location was excellent ….overnight parking nearby…..close to the theatre!!

Cons:

Unable to open a window
Attention to detail needs to upped! We booked a room where 3 adults shared . The sofa bed was made up😀
But only 2 cups /glasses both in bathroom and drinks station were allocated! Asked at reception for additional mug and was told that they would bring one up…fast forward we went out and on our return still NO mug!!
Should not have needed to ask again for something so simple to have been sorted! Should not have been overlooked in the first place!

Vies en duur met een fijne ligging
Pros:

De locatie t.o.v. het centrum van York was perfect. Tegenover het hotel had je ook nog een Wetherspoons, wat heel handig was. Het was 5 minuten lopen naar The Shambles, helemaal fijn.

Cons:

De hygiëne; de kamer was vies en stoffig bij binnenkomst. Daarnaast kon je je niet terugtrekken naar je kamer in de middag, want de kamers werden niet schoongenaakt tussendoor. Dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt. Andere kamergasten kwamen schone handdoeken en rollen wc papier bij de balie halen. Afspraken maken bij de balie over de schoonmaak was ook een loze opgave, want die werden niet nageleefd. Ik vraag me af of het überhaupt schoongemaakt zou worden als we het niet hadden gevraagd. Toen de kamer eindelijk werd "schoongemaakt" was dit allesbehalve in orde. Jammer. Prijsgewijs niet oké, duur voor wat je terugkrijgt.
