EVERYTHING. Was awful. From the moment we checked in the manager was rude, short, and the customer service oriented person I’ve ever come across. The air conditioner was broken in our room, and it was at least 80 degrees. My friends and I were in town for a concert, and she told me the best she could do was have another room for us but it would be an hour and forty five minutes. When I asked what other options were she just got nasty immediately. Keep in mind I paid over $200 for a one night stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or any part of their chain EVER. There was also a party in the hotel that night, and it was so loud you could hear it from our floor all night.
