Easy parking and access to the concert we were attending.

Cons:

Well, mattress is worn out. Needs replacing. Biggest issue was that the AC unit didn't work. We called the main desk that night after getting back from the concert and Michael said that there was nothing he could do. So we went to bed in a room with no hvac. Terrible!

Over all it was not that bad

The rooms are very nice and comfortable beds

Cons:

I arrived at 3 for my 3 pm check in . They told me my room was not ready . I finally got my room at 4:45 pm . This screwed up all my plans for the rest of the day. No discount was offered . It also happened to about 10 other people that were waiting. It was a concert near by so many people were there also had a wedding at the hotel the same day. Then later that night my car was towed because I parked in the wrong part of the parking lot that was owned by by Dunkin’ Donuts for grand total of 600.00. I did not notice the small sign posted about parking and the lots looked like it all belonged to the hotel. You could not even see the building of Dunkin’ Donuts were I parked. It was like a trap . Lesson learned . Pay more attention

Our stay was comfortable, quiet and close to our destination.
Pros:

Location was perfect for our concert at Jiffy Lube Live. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Great room for the price.
