Hotel Maya Palenque ottimo.
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e con i servizi comodi per gli ospiti. Ristorante, piscina e di fronte alla stazione degli autobus ADO. La zona è interessante perché a 10 minuti dal centro. Il personale alla reception molto professionale e gentile così come lo staff ai piani disponibile e cortese. Esperienza molto positiva. Consigliato.

Gemakkelijk hotel
Pros:

Heel gunstig gelegen hotel (zeker tov centrum en busstation), vrij onpersoonlijk, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien en grote kamer. Gemakkelijk parkeren. Grappig zwembad met muziek.

Cons:

Niet zo veel op aan te merken.

Above and beyond service
Pros:

The hotel is perfect for solo travelers who are arriving to the ADO bus station which is directly across the street. Many of the buses arrive very late at night and the area is lit up and the reception is open 24/7. The staff goes above and beyond in every way to make your stay pleasant and welcoming. Adrian was extremely kind and checked in on me when a major power outage happened across the city. I wish I had written down the names of each of the front desk staff to give them each appreciation as they were all so wonderful! I would definitely return.

Cons:

If you are sensitive to noise, I am not, make sure to bring ear plugs, you are right in the heart of the city, which is convenient, but noisy.

Pros:

La struttura era pulita e confortevole. Dotata di piscina e ben gestita. Buon ristorante annesso e aperto sempre. Staff cortese e professionale. L'hotel è di fronte alla stazione dei bus ADO. Forse la strada è un pò trafficata. In dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro. Ma anche intorno alla struttura ci sono bei ristoranti e caffè bar.

Decepcionante estancia de 4 estrellas.

Me pareció una experiencia bastante decepcionante para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Las instalaciones son antiguas y se nota que el establecimiento no se ha recibido una sola reforma desde el día de su apertura. Además, los detalles de cortesía resultaron escasos: que solo nos dieran una pastilla de jabón para el cuerpo y un botecito diminuto de champú para el cabello me pareció insuficiente para la estancia.
Por otro lado, la situación en la zona de la piscina fue especialmente molesta debido a la falta de control y normativa:
Ruido e higiene: Había un descontrol total con el uso de juguetes y el ruido constante generado por los niños, lo que impedía que el resto de los huéspedes pudiéramos disfrutar de un momento de calma y descanso.
Normas de baño: No se respetaron unas mínimas normas de higiene, ya que permitían a la gente bañarse directamente con la ropa y la camiseta que traían de la calle, sin pasar previamente por la ducha de la piscina.
En definitiva, esperaba un estándar de calidad y unas comodidades muy superiores acordes a la categoría oficial del hotel.

Su regadera del baño con obstrucción de la salida de agua, además el wifi 🛜 es malo
