It was a pleasant experience for the one night we needed accommodation
There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with the property at all. It was good for our needs
The hotel had a surprisingly large pool, and the water temperature was comfortable—not too cold—so we were able to enjoy it even on days when the weather wasn’t very hot. It was also very convenient that the pool was directly connected to the hotel, making it easy to go back and forth.
The room itself looked a little dated, and there was a fairly loud water-running noise coming from the toilet every few minutes throughout the night. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to fall asleep. Considering the price, I was disappointed with the condition of the room.
I was also disappointed with the breakfast. It took a very long time for the food to come out, and unfortunately, both the wait time and the taste of the breakfast were disappointing.
Location was good for where we had to be
First off didnt get the room we booked, when asked why they said we upgraded to a higher room with "mountain views" which was the same view from where our orginal room was. We booked a pool access room for the access to outside and pool being on the top floor didnt give us that. The biggest issue for me was when I asked I would prefer the orginal room they said it wasnt available.
Plus when in our room the fridge had a leak and the fridge had food in it from the previous guest

It was all great but a bit expensive
The place was clean.
They tried to charge me $930 a second time. I already paid through Booking.com. I did the online check in which wanted my Visa number. That number was charged at 2:00 in the morning on the day I arrived. They said they would
reverse the charge. We will see?
I did not use he breakfast the location was excellent for my needs. There a large mall with in wall g distance

bed was good but didn't need a second bed. Would have preferred the extra space.
The wifi. Was not able to connect to the wifi at all during my stay. This is a hotel issue as I have been able to connect to other wifi sites with ease.
The pool was clean and lovely. Pet friendly
