Frühstück war sehr lecker, ei war etwas zu salzig, aber der kaffee war super. bett war sehr bequem, matratze nicht zu weich. ruhig war es auch.

Mehr dürfte es auch nicht kosten.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; gutes und üppiges Frühstücksbufett; kostenloser Wasserspender in der Lobby;

Cons:

Die Lüftung in Bad/Toilette (!) läuft nur 2 x am Tag für einige Minuten - mit entspr. Konsequenzen. Man riecht (!) im Zimmer den Fußbodenteppich - auch wenn man immer wieder lüftet. Die Matraze ist sehr durchgelegen. Der Schallschutz zur Straße ist eher mäßig - besser ein Zimmer nach "hinten" raus buchen. Die englischen Fernsehsender sind nicht mehr zugänglich.

Pros:

Das nette Personal an der Rezeption und am Frühstücksbuffet haben vieles wieder gut gemacht. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage zum Zentrum ist durch die Erreichbarkeit mit der Straßenbahn hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer, insbesondere Bad und Dusche sind in einem veralteten, nicht guten Zustand. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt dadurch leider nicht.
