Pros:

Nettes Personal, Wunsch zusammenliegender Zimmer erfüllt.

Cons:

Frühstück katastrophal. Nicht genügend Plätze, fehlendes Geschirr, ständig leere Teller für Essensangebote, Auffüllen stockte ständig. Man hatte das Gefühl, mit dem Ansturm hatte keiner gerechnet- sollte eigentlich kein Problem sein, wenn man seine Auslastung im Blick hat. Sehr enttäuscht.

Cons:

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt im Achat Hotel. Positiv waren lediglich der freundliche Empfang, der unkomplizierte Check-in und die kostenlosen Parkplätze.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen extrem aufgeheizt. Ohne geöffnetes Fenster war es kaum auszuhalten, mit geöffnetem Fenster war es durch den Straßenlärm, an- und abreisende Reisegruppen sowie die direkt gegenüberliegenden Wohnhäuser jedoch kaum möglich, zur Ruhe zu kommen oder Privatsphäre zu haben. Zudem funktionierten einige Steckdosen nicht, es gab weder Minibar noch Safe, und das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber. Als wir die Bettdecken aus den Bezügen nahmen, entdeckten wir sogar Blutflecken auf den Decken.

Auch das Frühstück konnte uns überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Viele Speisen wirkten sehr günstig, häufig waren Behälter leer und wurden nur schleppend oder gar nicht nachgefüllt. An unserem letzten Morgen war der Frühstücksraum wegen zweier Reisebusse komplett überfüllt. Obwohl freie Plätze angezeigt wurden, bekam ich keinen Sitzplatz und musste ohne Frühstück zur Arbeit fahren.

Während unseres Aufenthalts war es im Hotel häufig laut. Gäste schrien über die Flure, es kam sogar zu einem lautstarken Streit auf dem Gang, ohne dass jemand eingriff. Außerdem trat aus dem Badezimmer zeitweise ein unangenehmer Geruch auf.

Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt für uns in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an ein Sternehotel. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Service hätte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein können.

Für eine Nacht ganz ok. und Mann ist sehr schnell in der Dresdner Altstadt
Pros:

Gute Lage um Dresden zu erkunden ,
Gutes Frühstück, gute Parkmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Keine Handtücher, nur zwei Badetücher,
Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, sollte renoviert werden, zumindest das Zimmer das wir hatten

Es sind auf meine Sonderwünsche sehr gut eingegangen

Cons:

Da kann das Hotel wenig dazu, weil ich an einer längeren hitzeperiode anwesend war, waren die Zimmer zu warm und da man kaum das Fenster offen lassen konnte um nicht noch mehr Wärme hereinzulassen, war das Zimmer dann abends recht stickig. Aber es gab einen Ventilator. Der musste leider dann die ganze Nacht laufen☺️

Pros:

Zimmer und Bad haben ihre beste Zeit gehabt. Zimmer waren sehr Warm. Im Bad kein funktionierender Abzug. Pluspunkt kostenloses Wasser während des Aufenthalt. Schöner ruhiger Vorort, trotzdem mit der Tram schnell in der Innenstadt. .

It is ok but be aware of the issues noted.
Pros:

Location is good, in a very quiet neighborhood, there are a few decent restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Rooms are small, particularly for 3 people. There is no air conditioning. Room service is upon request only. Some staff members have minimal English language skills. Parking spots outside are limited. You can park in the garage for a fee but it is very tight- had to back out of the garage with a small SUV.
