Perfekt für den Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders Gäste mit Hund werden sehr freundlich empfangen, man bekommt sogar eine Fleece Decke für den Vierbeiner geschenkt.

Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig, keine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum von Düsseldorf.

So wie beschrieben etwas ausserhalb, Frühstück gut aber für 17€ erwarte ich etwas mehr. Zimmer Standart.

Het hotel bood een matige plek om te overnachten met wel een goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Ontbijt was prima. Grootte van de hotelkamer was fijn.

Cons:

Van de gehuurde duurdere superieur kamer verwacht dat de kamer was voorzien van airco, een moderne badkamer en gemakkelijke fauteuils om bv. tv te kijken (moest nu vanuit bed of op een antieke harde eetkamerstoel).
Echter het bleek een gedateerd gemeubileerde kamer te zijn zonder airco! Een vriendelijke dame van de huishouding heeft ons na twee dagen twee ventilatoren gebracht, zodat het 's nachts nog een beetje uit te houden was, gezien de buitentemperaturen overdag van ver boven 30 graden.
Douchen in bad met een plastic douche gordijn dat te lang was en de afvoer bedekte als het niet eerst was omgeslagen. Douchewater in het bad liep evengoed slecht weg.
Ook het toilet spoelde niet goed door. Vreselijk!
Ondanks het warme zomerweer ging het buitenterras om 22.00 uur dicht. Heel vreemd.
Koelkast op de kamer werkte niet. Elke dag gemeld en na vier dagen bleek er een andere koelkast te zijn geplaatst, die echter ook nauwelijks wat deed. Water uit de kraan was koeler dan wat uit de koelkast kwam.
Als er geen groepen waren, kon er 's avonds geen koffie, thee of ander drankje besteld worden. Er stond bij de receptie alleen een automaat voor verschillende flesjes drinken, snacks en broodjes, ed. Op de kamer geen koffiezetapparaat of waterkoker.

Gammalt, varmt och dålig lukt

Bra storlek på rummet

Cons:

Väldigt gammal inredning, dålig lukt, ingen ventilation, varmt på rummet trots att det bara var drygt 20 grader ute, experience showers fungerade väldigt dåligt, väldigt liten bastu, frukost ok men inget på detta hotell är i klass med 4 stjärnor. Förstår inte hur det kan vara klassat som 4-stjärningt hotell.
