Cons:

Einziges Manko: das stille Wasser im Zimmer konnte nicht in kohlesäurehaltiges Wasser getauscht werden. Kosten wären 8,00 € gewesen...unverständlich

Gigantisch
Pros:

Super Lage! Besser geht es einfach nicht, wenn man Wien entdecken möchte. Personal sehr freundlich, von der Chefin bis zur Reinigungsfrau. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir es immer unterwegs eingenommen haben.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt zu Fuß oder mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Alles sehr ansprechend präsentiert und super lecker. Sehr große Auswahl der Speisen bis hin zum frisch gepressten Orangensaft, frischem Obstsalat, Krabben und Kaviar.
Alles perfekt.

Yine giedecek olsam tercih ederim.
Pros:

Otelde hee şey çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı hizmetinden faydalanmadık. Ama konumu, temizliği, odaların büyüklüğü idealdi. Yatak ve yastıklar konforluydu. Odamız her gün temizlendi. Ücretsiz su ve kahve, çay gibi içecekler yenilendi. Odamızda minibar da vardı. 3 gün boyunca çok rahat ettik.

Great location, exceptional staff and spacious rooms
Pros:

We loved the location, it was a short distance to the metro station which allowed ease of access to visit places greater than what we wanted to walk and easy to commute to airport upon our departure. We loved the spacious room also. Breakfast was wonderful, huge variety and the breakfast staff went above and beyond. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

Pros:

Top Lage, Karlsplatz nur 8 min entfernt bis man am Bahnsteig U-Bahn ist.
Total ruhiges Zimmer. Man denkt nicht, dass man in einer Großstadt ist.
Frühstück absolut genial. So eine exquisite Auswahl habe ich selten erlebt.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικό, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου αφενός μεν είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης(προσβάσιμο άμεσα με τα πόδια), αφετέρου δίπλα σχεδόν σε σταθμό μετρό και γραμμές τραμ και λεωφορείων.Το πρωινό επίσης πολύ πλούσιο. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Classy hotel in the middle of city with landmarks within a reach
Pros:

Location is ideal. All major sights (Hofburg, Stephansdom, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Leopold Museum, Belvedere, Palmenhaus, Nachtmarkt) are within walking distance.
If you don't feel like walking, 2 subway stations Karlsplatz (U1, U2, U4) and Museumsquartier (U2) are close by. Schönbrunn is 30 minutes away by taking U4.

The hotel is clean, stylish, and rooms are spacious. Mini fridge is big inside for its size and it is empty, so you can fill it with things you want without a hassle of emptying a prefilled content.
The area is quiet despite being next to a building belonging to the technical university.
Breakfast has a lot of savory and sweet options. Cheeses, hams, spreads, vegetables raw and steamed, cakes, muesli, yoghurts, fruit compote, ... Scrambled eggs were delicious.

I especially like the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and I never felt like I bothered them. This is a highlight for me.

The garage is located at Lehárgasse 1.
I recommend requesting a parking space in advance. If it is full, you can use parking garage opposite of hotel's garage for same daily rate €28. You can directly drive there, the staff personnel opens for you. Garage is connected via the inner courtyard.
We still wanted to explore city on our last day and wanted to keep a car in the garage a couple of hours after check-out. It was a non-issue.

- Excellent location: across the road from the Secession Building, a few steps from the Naschmarkt, and quick access to one of the entrances to Karlsplatz station.
- Room and common areas: beautiful and immaculately clean.
- Breakfast buffet: delicious, and ample choice of sweet and savoury options - as well as a different choice of cakes every day.
- Staff friendly and helpful.

Topp Hotel, empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Ein extrem aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal, ein Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen ließ, ein Hotel, das wir nur in den höchsten Tönen loben können, auch die Lage ist optimal.
