Czysty i wygodny pokój

Cons:

Hotel w trakcie remontu z widocznym nieporządkiem. Zapachy z kuchni rozchodzą ce się po parterze.

Baustellen Übernachtung
Pros:

Das Schwimmbad war schön, mit viele Liegestühle.
Das Essen war vom Buffet und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Es war eine Baustelle. Der Empfangshalle bekam einen neuen Boden und es war ungemütlich und laut. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Industriepark, so dass man ohne Auto nicht wegkam.

Für 4 Sterne hatten wir mehr erwartet!!!
Pros:

Der Barmann und die Dame, die uns morgens im Frühstücksraum begrüßt hat, waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Minibar. Da wir mit 2 Hunden gereist sind, war der Kühlschrank für das Hundefutter sehr praktisch. Das Hotel hat uns den Preis für unsere Hunde erlassen.

Cons:

Leider befand sich das Haus in einer großen Renovierungsphase. Dadurch waren weder der Empfangsbereich, noch die einzelnen Etagen sehr ansprechend. In den Fluren lagen Baumaterialien, Werkzeuge, Teppichbodenrollen und einiges an Interieur aus den derzeit unter Renovierung stehenden Zimmern. Für das gesamte Haus stand ab Tag 2 nur noch 1 Lift zur Verfügung und auch das Treppenhaus konnte man während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht benutzen. Der improvisierte Barbereich hatte durch die aufgestellten Trennwände wenig Charme oder Komfort. Wir nahmen eine Geruchsbelästigung durch Estricharbeiten wahr.

Das Hotel ist in weiten Bereichen eine Baustelle. Bar ist geschlossen. Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Aufback Brötchen

Hotel in Modernisierung
Pros:

Für uns war die Lage entscheidend und wir kannten das Hotel bereits. Das Personal war nett, das Frühstück gut und der Pool eine gute Entspannung am Abend.
Der neue Stil wird, wenn fertig, sicher sehr schön.

Cons:

Aktuell befindet sich das Hotel in Renovierung. Man hat es versucht gut zu umgehen, aber der einzige Fahrstuhl war etwas ein Engpass.

Cons:

Wenn ich in Urlaub fahre, will ich keine Baustelle, da die Klimaanlage nicht eingestellt war. Desweiteren funktionierte nur 1 Aufzug von den 4 Aufzügen. Der Gipfel war das am Montag alle Aufzüge ausgefallen waren ung ich über die Nottreppe aus dem 2.Stock in den Frühstücksraum kam. Eine Zumutung wenn man mit einer Behinderung verreist und auf einen Aufzug angewiesen ist. Weiterhin war das Fühstücksangebot am Sonntag und Monagt ohne Früchtekorb eine Zumutung. Ein Preisnachlass bei der Summe der Einschränkungen wäre angebracht gewesen
