The hotel is beautiful and the staff are lovely. We were in the city for a concert and enjoyed that the bar was open until late.
The location is perfect for the canals and all the bars and eateries.
We booked breakfast. The cooked breakfast was luke warm. We went to breakfast early so it really should have been hot and good to go!
The room was good. The bed could have been better. I have a memory foam mattress at home so I am hard to please.
The breakfast room. Needs better organisation in regards to crockery being available in different areas and coffee machine needs updating.

Bit disappointed as the lifts appeared not to be working in the morning of departure, so had to get to the restaurant via the stairs.
One of the coffee machines in the restaurant wasn't working.
Service from staff was great. Room was immaculate, no issues.
