We had a Fantastic time and would return to this hotel. Modern fixtures and flexible check out. Very clean and great loc
Pros:

Good location and ambiance( lobby lighting and scent was nice and subtle). Clean rooms and housekeeping. Reception staff was very helpful.

Great stay.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The room was big and the beds comfortable. The hotel was well situated, right beside the tram stop, shops and restaurants. Within 2 minutes walking distance from the canal basin with more restaurants, the Utilita arena and the ICC. We had breakfast included in our package. The breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of choice including a cooked selection, cereals, porridge, fruit, toast, pastries, sliced meats and cheese and yoghurts. Disappointed there were no hash browns in the cooked section but the fact that there was an omelette chef made up for that. The omelettes were delicious. The staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly.
The room had air con, which was much needed.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like.
