Pros:

Thecstaff were very good. Thats the only thing we liked.

Cons:

Furniture cheap and functional but looked horrible. Long walk from lift to room. Given room at end of floir to 'keep us away from thecworkmen and night workers'. Heater we couldnt work. Room looked like a diy person had fitted it out. No comparison to Premier Inn. My first stay at Holiday Inn and my last.

Excellent hotel, good value for money
Pros:

We have stayed here on numerous occasions when in Southampton.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is always very clean with comfortable large rooms.
Breakfast is good and you can eat as much or as little as your appetite allows

Cons:

Can't fault this hotel, good value for money
