Staff were very helpful on arrival - there was some issue checking in/room not ready but we had complimentary drinks while waiting. I had requested a twin but had a family room & when I asked for bedding for the sofa bed, the lovely lady on reception came up and made the bed up, even offering a mattress topper if it wasn't comfortable enough. Breakfast was fresh & plenty of options.
Thankfully I managed to get a blue badge parking space but I only saw 4 which seemed not enough for the size of the hotel.
Ease of getting the items. It’s good that children are not allowed unsupervised too.
Rooms are now very much past their best. There Were dusty surfaces and very damaged soft furnishings. Hotel rooms in need of a re furb now.

Location to the Isle of Wight Ferry was 20 mins away and for one night in transit it worked.
The room and hotel quality was not commensurate to the rate paid. Breakfast crockery had been poorly washed was dirty and food scraps attached. No bedside power points for CPAP machines.

Bedrooms need air conditioning and would have been nice to have some comfy seats for a drink in the evening instead of only having the breakfast tables to sit at
This hotel is perfectly ok, the bed was comfy and the room clean. The car parking was fine, and the room facilities for one person were good.
What we didn't like was that the room was booked for 2 adults and we were promised 2 double beds, but the room only had one double bed and a sofa bed that had to be made up yourself. This was NOT what Booking.com sold us. We bought a room with 2 double beds in it - it was to be a father and son trip (both over 6 foot tall) and so 2 double beds were booked in one shared room. I'm writing this review to make people aware - all you get is ONE double bed and a sofa bed which after a 7 hour journey is NOT good enough. Room was clean and comfy but definitely over-sold.
