Cons:

Due to extreme heat and the hotel NOT being air conditioned, we suffered in our room with only a small table fan. The window only opened about 6 inches and had no screen to keep out insects. Did not have adapters for US appliances. Staff said they used to have them but guests didn't return them. I would have been happy to pay a rental fee. Tinyest commercial elevator I have ever seen! Hotel needs to update guest room area. Lobby and breakfast area had been updated and were nice (and cool!).

The whole stay was on point - just what we needed
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. My two little boys even got colouring books and crayons.
Under 10min drive to Peppa Pig World - result!!

Disappointed with how hot my room was

Staff where nice and hotel was clean

Cons:

The hotel rooms have no air conditioning so very uncomfortable in the summer when I went. Top floor was like a sauna and did not sleep well at all

disappointed in the accommodation, staff excellent
Pros:

the staff were so helpfull and good to us, first class, the room was very clean

Cons:

the room was too small only had 15" of space beside my bed, no aircon in the room in very hot weather, bed was too hard for me, the toilet paper supplied was so thin fingers whent through, we had to go and buy toilet paper
