The staff were the best thing about this hotel. It was busy and they were all really calm and helpful with smiles on their faces at all times.
The hotel itself was OK, pretty basic, no little touches that would have made it better than ok.. A little out of town and expensive with taxi costs for us.
I think it's quite expensive for what I would say is a 3 star at best. That said, it's perfectly fine for a one night stay. Beds not particularly comfy and wouldn't want to stay more than a night.

Ideal location to stay for cruise ports the next morning. 15 min drive into town. Good breakfast too.
Hard beds, boiling hot at night...we were sweating with no covers on and there is no aircon. Opened window but was like sleeping on the hard shoulder with the traffic noise.

Staff were especially welcoming and accommodating. Its seems that our reservation was double booked, hotel was completely sold out. Luckily, cancellation came in and staff member has ensured we have a rooms to stay. Communication was great and any questions we had were answered straight away.

No option for air conditioning adjustments
Location was good. It was only a 15 minute ride to Peppa Pig world. The WestQuay shopping Centre was really good has a lot of variety of restaurants and Great shops. The breakfast was good, had a good variety. Reception staff was very friendly.
I didn’t like that the window view was literally the top roof of the building below. There was some sort of extractor fan that was very noisy on top of that Roof.
I didn’t like that the sofa bed had the metal fixture showing on the side, especially with a young child three years old. He kept trying to put his foot on it to stand and hurt himself a few times. I thought that was quite dangerous. I did request for a cot too but that wasn’t provided. But in all fairness with the sofa bag out alongside the double bed, they wouldn’t have been any room for the cot.
