AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham

I go to the restaurant every morning with my friend for coffee the waitress are very friendly helpful very experienced make you feel welcome comfortable I have been going there for a few years now best place for coffee and breakfast!

A quick trip away. The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are very helpful. We had breakfast included and it was very nicely presented. Special mention for Abby, Roberta and chef Reece. Great service and food.

So far has been the most and cleanest, hotels I have stayed in the minimalist modern aesthetics, Eames lounge chairs, very full breakfast and finally the most attentive and warm welcoming staff have made our stay so far simple and exquisite experience. Mr & Mrs Taylor

Great location and great staff/rooms

Welcoming staff, comfortable and clean bed, fresh and nicely presented breakfast. Francis and Rogerta looked after me over breakfast very well -friendly, smiley and helpful, made sure I'm comfortable in and out. Also, work well as a team, gentle but efficient, well done.

I really loved staying here the staff are lovely and friendly let us check in early and leave our luggage on the last day . Breakfast was really good , room was so spacious and clean , would definitely stay here again good location to shops and food places too

I really liked the location and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There was an issue with trying to reschedule the date of our stay and Vidhi the manager at front desk really helped us by confirming the new date had been approved and upgrading our room to a beautiful canal view room which we really appreciated. The breakfast was a buffet which I wasn't able to eat due to allergies, but the staff greeting us and the kitchen made me an omelette and gave me gluten free toast that was available. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Thank you very much!

I stay at the AC Hotel Birmingham regularly for work, and it has become my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the city. The location is excellent, the rooms are always comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

A special mention has to go to Talar, who went above and beyond by helping me set up my Marriott Bonvoy account. She took the time to explain how everything worked, which has been incredibly useful given how often I stay here. Thanks to her help, I’ve been able to make the most of the points and status benefits, and it’s made a real difference.

Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been friendly, professional and always happy to help with anything I need. It’s that consistently excellent service that keeps me coming back.

The staff welcomed us as soon as we walked in with eye contact and a big smile. Orchid was extremely helpful, polite and friendly but at all times professional. The room size was excellent and very clean and tidy. The bed was very very large and extremely comfortable. The hotel is close to many restaurants and a Tesco express is just next door. The Symphony Hall is a gentle 10 min walk along the canal from the hotel. Overall top marks and we would highly recommend.

Everything. A hidden gem. Staff were awesome, bar area upscale and great cocktails.
