Pros:

We had a lovely two-night stay at the Marriott AC Birmingham. I particularly wanted to thank the chef for her kind care at breakfast with the gluten-free options and for being so helpful and friendly. Thank you also to the other breakfast, reception and bar staff for also being so friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was in a great location too. We will definitely plan to stay again next time we are in Birmingham 😊

Cons:

The bed was a bit soft. The chairs in reception need replacing as they make a loud noise when you sit down on them. It’s not clear whether you have to pay for the water in the fridge.

Simple decent place. Nothing fancy, just practical and works. A bit pricey.
Pros:

Location is really good. Close to the mailbox which is right were many restaurants and shops are. It’s convenient and just works.

Cons:

Building is a bit old as you would expect. Nothing to not like about the place.
