Great visit

Great spot to explore from and mostly walkable there are some bars and restaurants near the hotel so everything was clos

Terrible experience.
Pros:

Nice large room with amazing views. Bar & restaurant nice.

Cons:

Checked out within an hour of checking in. Unwelcoming receptionist, very short & not friendly, argumentative tone.
Was advised at check in that the Air con for the whole building including bedrooms was not working. Why were we not told before? They offered us a fan but it was 27 degrees that day.
Tv in the room not working. Again the staff were aware of this but didn’t tell us.
Sink was blocked in the bathroom. The Maintenance man let himself in to our room without knocking door.
Other guests complaining, because of no air con and no opening windows, rooms not made up.
No manager on duty to talk to.
No offer of compensation or an apology.
