Perfect location for our trip but disappointed in hotel
Pros:

Clean rooms and perfect location in the centre of the city.

Cons:

Listing said that prebooking wasn’t required for parking but upon departure when we tried to validate parking they said it needed to be prebooked. Breakfast was also meant to be included but receptionist said it wasn’t. In addition, the receptionist staff seemed completely miserable.

Facilities is good Customer service could be a bit better
Pros:

Great location near to The Central station and town centre
Many of Restaurant bars

Cons:

Customer service not very welcoming
Coffee machine is broken, side lamp is broken.
I did mention at the front desk, not very apologetic they’re telling me how to use a coffee machine😟

Comfortable beds and good amenities in the room. Nice lobby space and breakfast area.

Cons:

The towels were clean but a few of them came with previous users’ hair attached which was quite unpleasant. Very few vegetarian/vegan options were available in the hot breakfast, which is a shame considering less nice hotels offer a lot more. While perfectly fine, there was nothing especially nice about this hotel.

Pros:

Such a lovely hotel. Convenient location. It was a very pleasant walk from New Street Station
and through the Mailbox which stays open late. The receptionist was delightful and very friendly to my daughter, the front of house team really made her feel special. The room was spacious, modern and well equipped. They treated us to a complementary upgrade. Comfortable bed and nice coffee making machine. Breakfast was a good spread, the quality of the cooked breakfast was high and good options on order too, we ate well.

Cons:

Had a mini fridge but didn't seem to be on, other than that, zero complaints.
