A decent hotel for a routine stay.
Pros:

Conveniently situated with car parking- no fuss stay.

Great stay, only one night and could have stayed more.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, plenty of space for hanging clothing plus an iron & ironing board in the room. Bed was really comfortable and two good sized comfortable pillows. Restaurant and bar on site were clean and comfortable. Corridors and communal areas clean and tidy.

Cons:

Tap in our room was really stiff and hard to turn on and off. No temperature control in the room, only a fan or window open, but it’s on a main road so not great if you’re a light sleeper. Power points were only on one side of the bed.

Liked the bathroom and toilet door . Also enjoyed the sofa bed instead of a chair as it was more comfortable watching the TV.

Cons:

Air on in the room would be nice as the room was too hot . Also the bathroom need an extractor fan .

We will return. Clean, quiet, friendly, convenient stop over with free parking, just off M6 Toll.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Fabulous to be able to actually open a window and because of the window locks, know that it was safe to leave open all night. Very friendly, helpful reception staff.

Cons:

I don't eat much bread, cakes or fry ups. So the yogurt and fruit option is always my 'go to'. It would have been good if there was a little honey to add to a bowl of natural yogurt and berries.

Great stay, definitely will be my first choice the next time I’m in the area.
Pros:

Great location for the National Memorial Arboretum and surrounding areas.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, and of particular note was the lady who works at night who was cleaning the breakfast area. She was meticulous and I knew when breakfast time came that everything would be spotless. Thank you for that extra attention.

Cons:

The first room I was allocated had a constant bathroom extractor noise. The member of staff I brought attention to moved me to another room so I didn’t have to endure that noise.
