Comfortable Stop
Pros:

Loved the location, speedy friendly Staff at check in. Good sized room with comfortable beds and a hot shower. Lovely little breakfast included with a few nice choices.

Cons:

Property starting to show signs of wear and tear, room furniture a little beat up

Pros:

Room very well sound insulated. Right next to a Culvers for food. Clean. Pool is out of order though

Pros:

The night time Attendant Moe was a wonderful and accommodating host for our one night stay. He was very kind to my Mom and I. We frequent Columbus. This will always be our go to stay.

Cons:

Elevator small. 😁😁😁 Just my phobia.

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. When I got out of the shower and walked on the floor then back on the white towel it left a black foot print it was so filthy. The grout had mold on it around the tub. The pool had a film across the top of the water and was not able to be used. The person above us on the next floor was stomping for hours. When I asked for the situation to be rectified I was told there was nothing that could be done because I booked with a third party.

It was very enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk when we checked was great! His name is Moe and he made our stay very enjoyable! He deserves a nice increase in pay.
