Nice and clean.
The air conditioning was not cool enough. Fan coils were undersized.
Not enough lighting in the room. An example of style over practicality. Interiors should not just be about looking good, it should be about the functionality of the room. I kept looking for where there was another light switch for more light....very poor lighting.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Very clean. Lovely towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion all laid on. Had a bath mat in the bathroom which I always appreciate. Lovely breakfast with loads of choice. The hotel was situated within a very short walk of a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. Peaceful, calm vibe to the place
Really enjoyed the breakfast which had loads of choice. Very attentive staff looking after everyone.
Bed was too firm for me. I slept alright but woke with back ache on both mornings. The mattress was just too firm.

Our first room was not ideal, put in a disabled room for some reason. Went down and spoke to the duty manager daniel, who very kindly got another room sorted for us.
Short walk to town
Could not turn the lights off in the room at night had to take key out to cut power
Only one key given so couldn't go out individually or use the lift or get back to the room as key entry required
Room quite dated opposite busy road and no sound proofing
