Staying Again
Pros:

I am at Woking Double Tree yet again, Wonderful Place to Stay and Close to Shops, restaurants and train Station, always get a warm welcome from all the Staff including Dobrin and Kartik as well as all the others including Housekeeping

Great stay at the Hilton
Pros:

My experience was great!! Any issues that came up were immediately sorted out! I was served by the lovely Kate at breakfast! She was wonderful and worked so hard to look after everyone during service. Really appreciate the warm hospitality from all the staff, but Kate especially went above and beyond.

Excellent value and service in Woking
Pros:

I was really impressed. The hotel is modern, well-designed, and the service I received from staff was first-rate. The breakfast was good,, and the price very reasonable. A couple of problems that occurred were sorted promptly. My only suggestions for improvement would be to improve the internet speed, and to offer larger bath towels!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
A special mention goes to Kateryna, who served us at breakfast. She was so lovely, attentive, and friendly, making each morning a pleasure. The breakfast team as a whole were fantastic and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
What made our stay truly special was how the staff went above and beyond for our daughter's 3rd birthday. They surprised her by singing Happy Birthday, gave her a lovely teddy bear with the hotel's name on it, and presented her with a little cake on a plate decorated with a "Happy Birthday" message.
These thoughtful touches meant so much to us and made our little girl's day extra special. We can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.
