Ok stay; staff gives false information/promises
Cons:

Room 107 beds were not very comfortable and the floor was so dirty they made my feet visibly dirty. I had to leave early due to an emergency and the staff said they would waive the fees and refund for the night I didn’t use but then once asked they would not refund - disappointed for being told I’d be refunded and then wouldn’t in the end.

It was pretty uncomfortable, no extra blankets. Very tiny room with tiny bathroom.

Pros:

We waren echt verrast door deze accommodatie. We kwamen helaas na 18.00 uur aan en dan is er geen receptie meer aanwezig. Middels een email hadden we de codes gekregen en zaten we in onze optiek op de mooiste plek van het hotel. Op de 1e verdieping op een hoek nr 203. We hadden een prachtig uitzicht op de mooie patio met zwembad en mooie beplanting. 2 stoeltjes voor de deur om er naar te kijken ;-). De kamer zag er ook heel gezellig uit, lekkere bedden en een nette keuken en badkamer. Alleen de sofabank is niet echt om op te slapen helaas. Mijn zoon heeft er slecht op geslapen. Verder was het een super verblijf. Met de auto ben je zo bij eetgelegenheden en in het centrum van Fort Lauderdale. Echt een aanrader!

Cons:

Wat jammer was dat er ook geen lakens bij de sofabed aanwezig was, alleen een dunne deken en een kussen. Ik moest bellen en dat duurde erg lang maar na nog een keer bellen kwam er uiteindelijk iemand het beddengoed brengen. Als het goed is krijgen we hier nog een vergoeding voor de belkosten en dat zou super zijn!

Pros:

Suite à un soucis de réservation, nous n'avons pu être reçu au Victoria hôtel, mais l'équipe nous a proposé de choisir un des 2 autres de leur réseau. Nous avons choisi l'Aqua Hôtel. Tout était parfait ! Maggie est très agréable.
