Nice decoration style, clean, reception on the lobby surprise me with coffee, tea and delicious snacks.

Cons:

I don’t have to much time to look around the amenities. So next time maybe. Specially if I have a more time.

Design muito bacana. Quarto e disposição de móveis e banheiros, muito legal. Boa localização. Cama confortável. Garagem embaixo do prédio, vallet. Café da manhã muito bom, gostamos muito.

Cons:

Pedimos uma gentileza de decorar o quarto para uma celebração de aniversário de casamento, algo romântico, com espumante ou vinho, logicamente, ciente que poderia ter custos adicionais, tudo bem até então. Chegando lá, tive que perguntar sobre a gentileza, visto que não tive resposta antes da minha chegada. Disseram que não houve tempo para fazer nada. Esperava mais do hotel, iss ofoi um tanto decepcionante.

Já estive hospedado em vários hotéis em CWB mas, posso assegurar que o café da manhã do QUOYA é extremamente requintado e com o cardápio de opções complementares, fica perfeito!

Cons:

Infelizmente o estado do colchão no quarto onde estive hospedado não atendeu às minhas expectativas pois havia um buraco no mesmo, provavelmente pelo uso contínuo do colchão. Talvez, grande parte das pessoas nem se sintam desconfortáveis ao usar o mesmo colchão mas considerando a minha altura e o meu peso, o colchão deixou muito a desejar. Considerando o grupo internacional ao qual o QUOYA pertence, minha expectativa é que incluam opções de quartos com colchões ortopédicos ou com densidade do colchão de pelo menos 33
