The room was clean and large, and the pool facilities were awesome!
Having to wait, at 4pm, to see if our room was ready. Also, the frig froze all our food. That was teally sad.
Good location. Close to food. Staff was welcoming. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good especially before leaving to go back to California.
The AC was not user friendly and it was very difficult to get the temperature comfortable
Nice enough
The pet fee is a Joke. $84.00 after takes for a 4lb dog. They did not tell us what the fee was and it’s only found in the small print.
Centrally located, clean.
The breakfast was fine.
Noise was very bad. The people above decide when you sleep or get woke up. You can hear talking through the ceiling clearly. And every footstep, and everything else. Very thin ceiling. The beds are broken down bad. And it's not the cleanest
The pool was empty most of the time
The beds were horribly stiff and uncomfortable
There was an ant infestation in the room
The AC kept shutting off automatically through the night so we kept having to get up and turn it back on
There were stains on some of the towels and sheets, It made it hard to know if things were clean or dirty
The initial front desk staff that we interacted with was not the most polite
What I liked about the property was that there was a coffee shop in walking distance and a DQ in walking distance from the lot
Breakfast was above average for a buffet style.
