It was okay
Pros:

The staff was polite. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool was out of order and was still charged the same price. Also the bed was creaked when you moved. Also there is some kind of camera attached to the tv in the room. Unsure if it is recording people or exactly what it is for.

Love how close it is to the mall, restaurants and especially the airport.
Pros:

The quality of the room, beds, etc. The television was easily navigated. I prefer standard cable tv for my rooms. The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet and efficient.

Cons:

The shower head was mounted too high and the spray pattern was inadequate, after attempting to adjust.

Great stay, would stay here again
Pros:

Staff, parking, room size with couch, Saturday breakfast, quiet rooms, coffee and water throughout the day, lounge area.

Cons:

Sunday breakfast. Would prefer a pillow top mattress, others in my group liked the firmer beds. It's hot in medford, and I would prefer more shady parking options.

Good continental type breakfast. All essential food groups represented. Central location absolutely supported ease of entry and access to administrative staff and services.

Good location, love the pool, FREE included breakfast
Pros:

We loved the heated pool - although a little chilly today. Front desk staff is friendly. Rooms are pretty clean

Cons:

Was told breakfast was until 10, but a lot of the “options” were gone before 9:40 am. My kiddos slept in after traveling, so we were a bit bummed. We stayed here on Sunday and had better luck
