Très déçu par la chambre alors que nous avions un si bon souvenir de notre séjour précédent

Service et menus au restaurant "O'Sens" : extra !
L'ensemble des installations Spa : bassins, terrasses, tout est parfait.
La situation géographique est idéale pour un séjour en Bretagne du Nord

Cons:

Nous n'avons vraiment pas apprécié d'avoir une chambre PMR (donc notamment un WC relevé de 20 cm) sans possibilité d'obtenir une autre chambre sous prétexte que l'hôtel était plein. Nous avions fait notre réservation TROIS MOIS AVANT nos trois nuitées. Excessivement regrettable !!! Nous espérons une compensation de la part de la Direction ! Pour cette chambre nous avons payé un prix qui dépasse largement le coût d'une chambre "Cottage Classique". Nous n'avons pas pris nos petits-déjeuners à l'hôtel car le prix est exorbitant et avons laissé notre véhicule à l'extérieur de leur grand parking. Faire payer les clients pour stationner leur véhicule dans le parking (privé et spacieux) de l'hôtel est inadmissible.
