Unanswered Calls and Poor Support for Late Arrival
Pros:

I had a confirmed reservation and informed the hotel I was on my way. Despite receiving a contact number for my late arrival, no one answered my calls. After a long and exhausting trip, I was forced to find another hotel late at night. This was highly unprofessional and very disappointing.
