Clean and smell nice.
Amazing property and location. Very helpful staff too.
There was construction 🚧 but it’s understandable. They still made us comfortable
Attention to detail
Ha ha just the noise while comstructing
We were only there overnight so not really much time to explore.
I was booked into this hotel for 6 nights by Intrepid. From the outset, it was obvious the hotel was undergoing construction works at one end of the hotel. The noise levels were excessive, constantly reading 90+ decibels on my Apple Watch. The hydraulic hammer was working one floor up from my room between 7.30am and 5pm. I checked out and went elsewhere but I have concern for all the employees who were subjected to the noise and dust without any form of hearing protection. The hotel should have closed for the period of construction. I am not pursuing a refund.
We had an unexpected early arrival at Cape Milner due to the storm in cape town last Monday, however nothing was too much bother for the welcoming staff on our late arrival. The hotl is in a fabulous location, the Kloof district has so many great food & drink options and the hotel restaurant is WOW!!!
The staff at this hotel make the stay they are just beautiful, professional and always happy to help or offer advice on sightseeing, wines etc. The room was amazing!! So spacious, clean and the best bed!!! We will be back for sure!

Great location, very friendly staff and food was amazing. Room was very spacious and comfortable
When I arrived at Cape Milner, I was greeted by kind, patient people. Attended to my bags. The rooms are clean and I liked the view. I think their lounge areas are one of the most beautiful lounge areas I have seen. Beautiful, warm, cosy atmosphere. I also loved the food and the whole staff was nice and understanding. It was a nice experince. Thank you.
