Always a nice place to stay.
Pros:

I like that there is plenty of bottled water. The staff are always friendly.

Cons:

There are renovations being done on the hotel so the entrance is a bit tricky.

I know they are working in the hotel but really no need to drop the service levels,
Pros:

No Bacon at breakfast said they will go get but never arrived, Capuchino is extra and not included.

Cons:

Heater in the bar area was on full heat and had to ask for it to be turned down. The supervisor on duty was no interested in assisting to get Jamerson as they had run out and told me to drink something else. I feel it was only 4pm and could have been resolved. I even offered to go buy a bottle and was told I would have to drink it in my room.

Great location, great service
Pros:

In spite of being under renovations this was a quiet place to stay within walking distance of the CBD. The spacious rooms are well equipped and the large ensuite features a huge bath (I'm not sure I could have got out of it if I had got in!) The restaurant service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was to die for.
