Hospitality was Excellent! Shout out to Richard!
Pros:

The location was excellent- walkable to restaurants, stadiums, and city sites. Pool was small but fine and fun for the kids. Our rooms AC wasn’t working fully so it was a little too warm for our liking. But what made this a 5-star review is the Hospitality from the staff - 10-stars!! Due to our room not being ready, and extra waiting, we were comped some off our room. But the best part was Richard with the restaurant. He heard my kids were looking for hot chocolate in the lobby and he brought out some- with marshmallows! He went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience while staying at the hotel.

All in all, it was a nice experience which was expected for the price.
Pros:

Lara got us into our room 45 minutes before check in which was nice since we arrived a little early. The room itself was well put together and the hygiene products in the bathroom were pleasant.

Cons:

Parking is a little tough. Had to use the salesforce tower parking garage around the corner. Not a huge deal but $50 extra I wasn’t crazy about spending on top of a $400 night stay.

Top notch staff, perfect location, clean hotel
Pros:

Really excellent stay. Kendall at the front desk kindly offered to assist us with bags when our flight was delayed. He is so kind. What a nice way to leave Indy! THANK YOU!

Pros:

I booked a double queen. I checked in late and had trouble getting through to the staff to let them know. When I arrived I was told that the double queen was gone. They gave me a king suite that had NO windows!

Friendly, clean, and efficient service.
Pros:

Monique was friendly, efficient, and left my room squeaky clean! The front desk helped me with purchasing, and the restaurant had the best chicken sliders I’ve ever had. The bartender is very friendly, and knowledgeable.

Great place to stay!
