The property was very clean and in close proximity to the Spectrum Center, which is where I was going for a concert.

Cons:

Nothing. There is nothing not to like (except the prices for a beer. $8.00 for one beer is ridiculous.)

The Courtyard was in a good location for walking the area. We felt safe, even at night.
Pros:

Location. It was walking distance to the venue.

Cons:

Phone didn’t work in the room.
One of the outlets next the bed didn’t work. No info book in the room about the hotel and outside facilities.
Also, no safe!
