Pros:

It was very convenient to Bank of America stadium. The accommodations were nice and staff friendly.

Cons:

The bathtub needed to be resurfaced. The top half of the tub was a different color.

9/10 and I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
Pros:

The location was excellent and in walking distance to the stadium. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything was awesome. The first time I've ever stayed at a hotel, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower was just amazing; made me not want to get out. No problems with the water flowing - no stopped up drains. The bed was very comfortable and loved the decor of the room.

Cons:

Room was clean but mirror by the doorway wasn't and the toilet had some type of scratches in it like someone had taken some abrasive cleaner to tool to clean. But, those were minor; overall I would give it a 9/10.

One of our favorite hotels in Charlotte — great location, comfortable rooms, and consistently a great stay!
Pros:

We love staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s convenient to everything we want to do in Charlotte and has become one of our favorite places to stay.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like. We’ve had a great experience here and would happily stay again.

The Courtyard was in a good location for walking the area. We felt safe, even at night.
Pros:

Location. It was walking distance to the venue.

Cons:

Phone didn’t work in the room.
One of the outlets next the bed didn’t work. No info book in the room about the hotel and outside facilities.
Also, no safe!
