Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell!
Pros:

Trevligt bemötande av personalen. Rummet var fint inrett med mycket sköna sängar.
Vi önskade balkong och hade turen att få en ut mot huvudgatan.
Parkering fick vi precis utanför dörren. Och en väldigt trevlig frukost.
Allt var toppen!

Very friendly staff
Pros:

De staff at the reception is amazing, all of them always have a smile on their face. They are very approachable. Always ready to help. 10 out of 10.
The location is very good.

Cons:

The AC just doesn’t cool the room enough for it to be comfortable. Nice is a hot place in summer and this is essential for sleep. The rooms are very ready for a renovation, the furniture and beds look very old and they are worn,the mattresses are soft. also the carpets are up for renovation

Pros:

Incredible staff that went out of the way to help. Natasha and pretty much everyone manning the front desk during the day and night were very polite and helpful. We thought we had forgotten something important in the lobby and in our room. Natasha, the office manager went out of her way to look for lost items MULTIPLE times and she even followed up with us on it days after we had checked out.
Excellent location with accessibility to key attractions.
Very clean and organized.
Well appointed front lobbies.

A fantastic stay. We would definitely stay again!!
Pros:

Super central location to the train station, beach and old town. We requested a balcony and positively surprised on arrival with a balcony at no extra charge!! We loved the client of the day concept and such a fantastic surprise on arrival to be told we were the client of the day and delivered Prosecco as a gift. Patricia was an amazing help online prior to check in as well as on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for city break
Pros:

Great location and easy walking distance to old town and beach. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and hot showers. Nice view from balcony

Cons:

Room was a little small and also some corridor noise, but small points - older style property inside but a good stay.

Die Lage ist schlicht das Beste am Hotel. Toll für Shopping, Essen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder um Ausflüge mit Zug an der ganzen Côte zu unternehmen.

Cons:

Der Lift nervt und ist viel zu klein. Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen.
Renovierung?!? In Frankreich erwarte ich wirklich frische Croissants vom Bäcker auf dem Buffet. Schade.
Nach mehrfachen Aufenthalten stellten wir fest, dass im allgemeinen vieles nachgelassen hat.

Idealna lokalizacja. Blisko do dworca kolejowego jak i promenady i plaży. Blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Dobre śniadanie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Cons:

Prysznic odizolowany od łazienki. Brak haczyków na odwieszenie ubean czy ręczników.

The hotel is in a central location on the main shopping street. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful

Cons:

Facilities are somewhat worn out and the breakfast could have been better. Only one elevator to serve the hotel, so wait times can be large.
