It was ok needed for the sleeping arrangement.
Pros:

The property itself is in a good location near by everywhere I needed to move
The rooms are decent but the bathroom needs upgrading.

Cons:

The bathrooms need updating as well as the one in the rm I was in had a very strong musty smell. One tiny soap to wash hands there could be better amenities.
