The location
The entire building is dirty and infested with cockroaches. You have to pay to get clean towels. The first room the bed was broke. The second room was filthy with trash on the floor and a dirty kitchen area. At multiple occasions myself and partner both felt unsafe walking in the halls and stairs as we had been being followed fairly closely by other guests. As the days passed by through our stay we noticed that the housekeeping dept was not cleaning the halls or common areas. The same trash stayed on the floor in front of our room for 9 of the 13 we stayed. The outdoor trash was not emptied the entire time of our stay and was overflowing with old food and beer cans. Random people sleeping in cars in the parking lot at night. Staff was told about the roaches issue and she just said oh well I have a shoe right here would you like me to kill it for you? As she walked from the front desk helping customers in her pajamas and hair wrapped in a towel
I liked the location relative to the city. Front desk staff was responsive.
Our room was so nasty. There was hair and sand and used hair ties on the bathroom floor. Pubes and hair all over the shower. The sheets were stained and extremely gross. The top cover looked like it had poop on it. The pillows looked like there had been puked on and then a pillow case put on to cover that but the pillow case was also stained. You had to wear shoes because the carpet was gritty and dirty. The hallways and room smelled like dirty body odor and stale smoke. I can’t give my experience with the kitchenette because we literally only stayed at the property for less than 9 hours.

Everything is was disgusting hadn't been cleaned i had to sanitize the whole room. Was a very unsafe feeling environment! We made it through 1 night and got out of there as soon as we could! The pool was filled in with concrete but in the condition the place was the pool would've been nasty too!

Llegamos y la habitación ni siquiera estaba limpia, esperamos casi una hora. Para que nos digan que no podían entregarme la habitación porque no tenía almohadas, solicité si tenían para cambiar de cuarto y no tenían tampoco porque no estaban limpias. Pedimos que nos den el cuarto como estaba porque no queríamos esperar más, el hotel en general estaba sucio. Y la habitación tiene una cocina la cual no sirve de nada porque no te dan ni un solo utensilios, ni vasos ni nada. Las sillas en el cuarto estaban llenas de tierra como si no las limpiaran hace meses. El ascensor tenía olor a sucio.

Dirty, stinky and creepy
It was a neutral location in the middle of Destin, very secluded and quiet.
They only gave us two towels although I put 4 would be in the room on my booking. Then I was told we would have to pay for more towels. The room was not clean there was trash left under the bed and on the bathroom floor.
Extended stay selected suites … is one of the best hotels I stayed at in a while.. it’s clean , staff treats you nice & is a friendly atmosphere… I love it a recommended to anyone traveling thru this side of Georgia
Left early due to hotel being so bad the air didn’t really work, the whole place smelled musty and like mildew, the paint was peeling all over the walls and rust in bathroom the cabinets in kitchen area was peeling. Overall do not recommend.
Nothing. It was dirty
It is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! Very dirty and had roaches in the bathroom. It smells like mold as soon as you walk into the room. Trash everywhere in hallways. Was there until we seen the bugs and then got refund (they said we would get the $100 deposit back at check out but then was told 3-5 days) It definitely should be a $50 motel.
Huele mal los pasillos, no te limpian nunca la habitación, si rentas para 4 personas solo te dan 2 tohallas y nunca te las cambian, es un desastre este alojamiento, no es recomendable ir con niños y el precio es carísimo mucho más de lo qie ese lugar ofrece, rente por 11 noches y antes de la semana me fui y pedí un reembolso de los días qie no estuve
