Proximity to walk of fame, tours and restaurants, very good breakfast buffet
Room was not ready at check-in time but we received breakfast vouchers as compensation
This hotel is so outdated. The lobby is misleading… when you get to your room it feels like you are at a Red Roof Inn. Dirty windows, stains on bedding, room doesn’t cool, bath tubs doesn’t drain, etc. Just outdated and feels dirty. Depending on what you have planned, the location could be convenient, but I would never stay here again. Was also annoyed by the $35/night “destination fee”… will Never be back and glad we only stayed 2 nights.

Closed lobby bar at 10 20 pm it was advertised as 11 00 pm
The location, the staff and the facilities.
Amazing, comfortable, clean room, with a view of the Hollywood sign. 24hr gym, perfect for jet lag. 6am pool opening for a sunrise dip - again with a view of the Hollywood sign. Hotel is right in the middle of the location that you would otherwise travel to.
Oud en versleten
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Ook kon je binnen hetzelfde complex naar de TCL Chinese theater lopen om naar de bios te gaan.
Bij goedkopere hotels in de VS kun je altijd gefilterd water tappen of krijg je enkele gratis flesjes. Hier kost ieder flesje 11 dollar.
Je kan beter twee uurtjes naar Hollywood gaan en in een andere buurt (goedkoper) verblijven

O Hotel é excelente. A localização é muito boa para se visitar LA, pois é uma cidade muito grande e o hotel é bem central. A infra do hotel é muito boa, sendo a piscina maravilhosa. Os quartos são bem espaçosos, ficamos em 4 no mesmo quarto e o quarto super nos atendeu. O shopping ao lado é top.
Não gostei do atendimento da recepção, o hotel é enorme, pedimos um quarto em andar alto, não nos atenderam e sequer deram satisfação. Mesmo pagando mais caro por um quarto com vista para o Hollywood Signal, provavelmente nos deram o de pior ângulo. Além disso, como o hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, temos de usar o estacionamento do shopping ao lado, pagando 25 dólares por dia!!!! Os hospedes poderia ter, pelo menos, um desconto.
