Excellent short stay at Grand Inna Medan
Pros:

The classic style of the hotel, the excellent central location incl. free parking. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The breakfast is very good and offers local and international food. The staff is really super! In Medan you can find more expensive hotels but Grand Inna offers value for money. When we visit Medan for shopping and car service we.choose Grand Inna again.

A great place to stay especially being a tourist location fantastic hospitality and venue great

I enjoyed the facilities staff location and room I thought it was excellent

Cons:

To me, I found the food quality and choices not so great in comparison to other hotels.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights I’m a tourist. My partner is Indonesian and she got questioned by security at the gates each evening which I thought was unusual because my thoughts would’ve been staff would know we are together and I felt it was unfair why she was questioned each night . Apart from this we both had a great day.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption und die Größe des Zimmers. Das Frühstück ist wirklich phänomenal!!! Die Lage mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist auch gut! Dazu ein großer Pool!

Pros:

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, alle waren sehr nett. Der Bahnhof ist nicht weit weg. Frühstück war in Buffetform und viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles erfüllt seinen Zweck.
