Personel pomocny przyjemny w kontakcie, basen super troszkę mało miejsca jak na dwa hotele, Palace i Victoria mają wspólny basen ale jest też osobny dla dorosłych tylko. Śniadanie jak najbardziej ok .
Obecnie jest remont basenu wewnętrznego który znajduje się na 7 piętrze. Prace prowadzone w sa również w ciągu dnia więc w niektórych pokojach słychać skuwanie płytek.

The hotel was very clean, all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was good there was a lot of choice. Room was spacious and clean.

Even though the hotel is in busy Sliema, you'd never guess given how generally quiet the immediate surroundings are. My room was very nice and had everything I could want. The buffet style breakfast was of a good standard and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and were happy to accommodate my family's needs.
The rooftop pool was just about big enough for the number of guests, plus there appeared to be enough sun loungers to go around. Also, the view across to Valletta was just amazing.
With the exception of the breakfast room, the overall decor of the public spaces and rooms was, in my opinion, rather drab, being a dark brown and beige in colour.
I had a problem with my safety deposit box, which would either not open or lock. Even after a visit from hotel maintenance, who spent about 20mins trying to rectify the problem, it continued to play up. Thankfully I was able to store my possessions in our other room.
However, my biggest disappointment occurred on the day I checked out. About 2 days prior I had asked reception if it would be possible to prepare a packed breakfast, as my family would miss our last breakfast due to our early checkout time. I was told this would not be a problem. However, when the time came to checkout no packed breakfast was prepared. In fact the on duty hotel receptionist informed me that he had no knowledge of breakfast being available to my family and me. It's these little things that make a difference and it's just so disappointing that the hotel did not deliver.
