Warm welcome at a super hotel
Pros:

The staff were all exceptional. They made you feel so welcome and were super helpful.
Everywhere is spotless, the bed was comfortable, the pools and spacious sundeck were great and breakfast was plentiful. We thought it was a great place to stay.

Thoroughly good stay and we would recommend AX Victoria.

Pros:

It is a traditional old times good times hotel with good furniture and sound proof. The location is central but quiet. Pool area is excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast is more suitable for English breakfast lovers with lots of warm food. Continental breakfast choice was moderate but still enough fresh fruit available.

Pros:

Хочу висловити величезну подяку персоналу! З першої хвилини нашого перебування ми відчували себе бажаними гостями. Адміністратори на ресепшені швидко заселили нас і дали чудові поради щодо місцевих ресторанів. Офіціанти працювали швидко та дуже ввічливо, а будь-які прохання виконувалися миттєво. Рівень сервісу тут поєднується з душевністю, що робить відпочинок незабутнім!

Вечері стали справжнім кулінарним задоволенням. Шведський стіл пропонував страви як місцевої мальтійської кухні, так і класичної європейської. Завжди було кілька видів риби, м'яса, гарнірів та десертів. Місцеві страви поєднують у собі найкращі традиції середземноморської кухні, а свіжі морепродукти надзвичайно смачні.

Завдяки тому, що англійська є офіційною мовою країни, спілкуватися з персоналом надзвичайно легко. Працівники завжди підкажуть найкращі маршрути, цікаві місця або допоможуть вирішити будь-яке побутове питання.

Чиста бірюзова вода, мальовничі скелі та затишні бухти ідеально підходять для відпочинку та фотографій. На острові панує спокійна та дружня атмосфера, а місцеві жителі дуже гостинні.

Це була неймовірна поїздка, яка подарувала море емоцій. Ми обов'язково повернемося сюди знову!

Wir haben nach unserer Ankunft unser Gebäck abgestellt sind in die Stadt gegangen und würden bei unserer Rückkehr mit einem großzügigen, kostenlosen Upgrade überrascht! Statt einen Zweibettzimmer bekamen wir eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einer schönen Stitzecke und sorgar einer privaten Sauna. Wir haben keine Ahnung warum wir dieses Glück hatten, aber wir haben es sehr genossen!! 🙂
Aber auch ohne diesem Upgrade kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Es gibt zwei sehr schöne Pools am Dach und einen herrlich ruhigen Indoorpool mit Sauna. Auch einen Sparbereich und einen Fitnessraum gibt es, welchen wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und vielseitig. Die Zimmer werden sehr sauber gereinigt und auch liebevoll aufgeräumt! Herzlichen Dank dafür! Das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das war übrigens ein Eindruck den wir von den Maltesen allgemein hatten. Überall waren die Menschen sehr liebenswürdig und entspannt!
Was uns noch sehr entgegenkam, war der checkout um 12:00. Sehr entspannt... ☺️
