This is the second time we have stayed here travelling across the country. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and a good pool. Easy access to the freeway though the mall area lacks some charm.
Food was good but cold

Room was clean and comfortable, love the amenities but the best part was Tia at the front desk...she's incredible! This is now my hotel of choice when going through Spokane Valley.
I can't think of anything I didn't like

Proximity to the valley and the trail right behind to get so some exercise.
Small workout facility
Very friendly staff and clean property. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable but did have a dip - probably needs to be replaced. The breakfast was decent and again the staff was very kind.
Nothing, it was a good place to stay for 3 nights
This stay is no different from all the other stays; EXCELLENT, from start to finish.
I have stayed here many times over the last twenty years and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this hotel for any pet owner.
5 billion/10. Wanted to extend our stay here because everything was so good. The bed was divine, the breakfast was great, and there’s a little walking trail along the river. Will only stay here for future Spokane stays
Very clean and quiet.
Great location and great staff. Hotel is clean and has a great evening reception and breakfast.
Clean, comfortable room and nice common areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub.
The breakfast was fine. I have celiac and there were options for me. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, some fresh fruit. I wasn't sure if the sausage was gluten free. Gluten is in so much, included as natural flavor. Also the normal breakfast options, cereals, waffles, juices.
There is a social time in the early evening in the lounge. A free well drink or tap beer with a ticket obtained each day from the front desk. There is a light fare menu that we didn't try.
All in all, we had a nice visit.

Location, perfect. Atmosphere perfect, rooms perfect. Value perfect. My advice for a better stay would be better coffee; more strong and steam clean the hallway carpets.
At the time of booking the room I requested a top floor room. On arrival my request was totally ignored and I had to listen to people above stomping and running around. I’m positive that they did not request a top floor room. What’s the point in making a request at the time of booking? The front desk staff just doesn’t care. I doubt I’ll be back.
This is a very, very nice hotel. Extremely clean and the staff was super nice!
