Excelente service spanish talk
Staff were pleasent and helpful, room was clean and spacious. Just a short 5 minute walk across the street from the airport.
When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that our reservation had been canceled and that the hotel was completely sold out. As a result, we had to find another hotel to stay in.
What is most concerning is that we had all the details of our reservation and had even received a welcome email confirming our stay. However, the receptionist told us that our room was no longer available because it had been sold to someone else, leaving us with no choice but to change hotels at the last minute.
Room was refurbished and very clean , breakfast was very good , perhaps a little messed up area … and I suggest washing the hallway carpet , it is very dirty on the 4th floor . People at the front desk were very attentive and kind . They stored a package for me , all good . Thank you !
Comfortable bed
Daily towel service
Meet and tidy
I asked every day if they could take a look at my shower because it was not producing any hot water and no one likes to take a cold shower in the morning and a cold shower at night every day you stay there for a week
I complained every day and nothing was done about it
Further, their toilets do not flush property in the water runs all night, and you can hear it
